the floor was dusty, and all the air duct was dirty. it was cold in the room, but no possibility to turn on the air conditioner with heater mode.

no parking , !!! they havent doone nothing with ice outside couldnt park so parked not correctly, hotel called police and car has been towwed, this is crazy while hotel didint enable to park the car and inform the authorities about the wrong parked cars .

Hotelli sijaitsee business-rakennuksessa, jossa on 1. kerroksessa ravintola. Sieltä saa aamupalan klo 11 asti ja sen jälkeen on lounasaika. Talon katutasosta löytyy sushiravintola, jäätelöbaari ja ruokakauppa, sekä pizzeria. Naapurirakennuksessa on 24/7 uusi itsepalvelupesula. Hotellilla on rakennuksen alla 2-kerroksinen parkkihalli, josta on saatavilla pysäköintipaikkoja hotellin vieraille. Rakennuksessa on 11 kerrosta ja viisi hissiä. Vola Residencen huoneemme sijaitsi 10. kerroksessa, huoneessa oli täyslasitettu parveke, josta oli melkoiset näkymät. Huone itse oli jo hieman elähtänyt, lattian kokolattiamatto hiukan nuhjuinen ja vuodesohvassa tahroja; vuodevaatteet olivat kuitenkin puhtaat, samoin jo hieman aikaa nähnyt kylpyhuone. Suihkutilan lasinen seinä oli sikäli typerästi asennettu, että vettä päätyi väkisinkin lattiakaivottoman wc-tilan lattialle, joka on sileällä laatalla päällystetty ja näin muuttui märkänä liukkaaksi. Huoneesta löytyi keittonurkkaus, jossa induktioliesi, jääkaappi ja tiskiallas. Keittiö oli kokonaisuudessaan muuta huoneistoa siistimmässä kunnossa. Hintaansa nähden ihan ok, hyvät yhteydet talon edestä ratikalla keskustaan tai metroon ja ruokakaupan sekä pesulan läheisyys olivat plussaa. Hotelli sijaitsee vilkasliikenteisen kadun varrella, liikenteen äänet eivät kuitenkaan kuulu huoneeseen, jos parvekkeen ovi on kiinni. Kokonaisuutena ihan ok kokemus, lattian ja erityisesti sohvan nuhjuisuus hieman häiritsivät. Edullinen hinta kuitenkin.

the room is ok to my expectations

The dirtiest property ever plus the rudest receptionist and terrible service. Air conditioning broke down and they said nothing could be done about it. Just terrible experience

Great pricing

A little out of the city center but tram made it easy. Market down stairs for water snacks etc. futuristic room but check in was slightly confusing as it’s on the first floor of a business building.

Hotel was a bit difficult to find as it is located inside another building, but the staff for checking in were very helpful and kind. Decor inside room was a bit outdated and the sheets/pillows had some stains, but everything when inspected was clean. Good price for location as there are shops and places to eat right along the street. Would recommend.
