The accommodation did not have a lift, and the stairs were narrow, making it difficult to carry heavy suitcases by hand. My room had windows that couldn't be opened and no air conditioning, so it was filled with a peculiar smell. There was no ventilation at all. There was a ceiling fan, but it was very old, and the axis was wobbly, making it seem like it would break and fly off if turned on. The fan was also very noisy, disturbing my sleep. The en-suite bathroom was much smaller than expected, almost like something a prisoner would use. The only saving grace was its proximity to Victoria Station. It seems that some rooms have a refrigerator while others do not. This was the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in.

最寄りの大きな駅から比較的近く、レンタルサイクルステーションが付近にあったので交通の便利は割と良かった。 また、部屋は清潔だった。 エレベーターが無いなか重たい荷物を持って狭い階段を上り下りするのが大変だった。ホテルの人が手伝ってくれたらなお良かった。 トイレ・シャワーが共用でシャワーの台数は少ないため他の宿泊客とタイミングが被ってしまうことがあった。

ビクトリア駅、コーチステーションから徒歩10分ぐらいなので、便利です。

かなり部屋が狭い。

部屋は狭く古いが綺麗に掃除されていた。シャワールームに台が無かったので服を床に置かないといけなかったのは残念だった。ドライヤーもあり全体的に満足だった。

チェックイン以外誰も会うこともなく2泊が終わりました。 人と関わりたくない人にとっては良いホテルかなと思います。

スタッフの方は親切ですが施設があまり良くありませんでした。肌寒い気温にもかかわらず、空調はなく、シャワーも遅い時間になるとお湯が出ませんでした。コンセントも入り口付近にしかなく不便でした。ただ、ベッドはふかふかで、追加の毛布が借りられたので、寝床は快適でした。

朝食が美味しく、清潔感があり、フロントの方もとても良い方でした。

エレベーターはなく階段になります。大きいトランクの方は不便かもしれません。 しかし、チェックイン前にトランクを預けに行った際、上の部屋から1階の部屋へすぐに変えてくださいました。アジア系のとても親切で気さくな女性スタッフでした。 チェックインの際も、とても感じの良い男性スタッフが対応して下さいました。その際に フライト時間に合わせて朝食をとらずに出発することを伝えると、そのあと部屋にフルーツやパンなどを詰め合わせたものを持ってきて下さり、とても親切なサービスに感動しました。スタッフの対応の質は素晴らしいと思います。 バス・トイレは共同ですが清潔感がありました。

Habitación muy fría para latinos, sin control de la temperatura, el baño muy viejo y como es tipo americano me daba miedo que se rompiera el piso de plástico, el personal muy amable (salva el hotel) la ubicación bastante buena

房间很破旧不堪 除了搞清洁的工作人员之外 接待的人非常差劲 没有一点工作热情 一室内室外晚上都很吵 而且没有电梯 除了地点方便以外 没有一点值得让人留恋的地方 这是我这么多年旅行住过最差的酒店

Great location. Fairly basic facilities, compact bathroom.

Fixtures in the shower unit were broken. There was never any hot water in the mornings and I did not get clean towel service once I had to ask for it. Would never stay there again and would never recommend it to anyone.

Carpet dirty and all room look terribles

The Enrico was a fantastic little hotel, in a great location. Will definitely use it again, when I visit London again. My only issue was the cold water taps didn’t work as well as the hot water.
