Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Bett absolut in Ordnung. Ich konnte gut schlafen. Die Räumlichkeiten waren insgesamt sehr gepflegt, haben einen ordentlichen Eindruck gemacht. Auch die Sanitäranlagen waren top gepflegt. Der Zugang zum Haus und Zimmer (Schlüsselbox) war unkompliziert. Ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Leider gab es kein Wlan, zumindest war mir kein Passwort bekannt. Der PIN für die Etagentür im 1. STOCK war überflüssig, weil es keine Eingabemöglichkeit gab. Die Etagentür war die ganze Nacht unverschlossen. Es gab weder einen Kleiderschrank zum Klamotten aufhängen noch gab es Kleidungsbügel. Das Zimmer war so eng, dass mensch an das Fenster nicht heran kam Die Gemeinschaftsdusche, -waschbecken und -toilette waren sauber.

Für einen kurzen spontanen Städte Aufenthalt optimal und super das es mit Hunden erlaubt ist.

Everything would have been fine, had we not had to purchase an AC at our own expense in the hottest month of the year in Berlin.

I had no issues during my stay, the bathrooms were cleaned daily, an the location was perfect, right next to the train station. Would definitely pick this place again if i go back to Berlin.

Easy access, great location but yeah. Pillows and blankets where very thin. Had to go buy a new pillow before I could get a new one. Shelf in room was broken and dirty inside. Great access and location but no one working at the guest house for your service. Only one shower per 10ish rooms. No luxury place. Worked for me for one week but overall not a super place. Not hotel standard.

Приехали поздно ночью. Легко вошли по инструкциям.Немного трудновпто открывалась дверь в отель, но приспособились. Комната большая, кровать соответствовала, огромные потолки, много столов, мягкие диван и кресло . Маловато света. У тумбочек некоторын аксессуары сломаны. В целом, довольны.

The room was alright! It seems the hallways are under construction, so it was very messy in the areas outside the room.. It was also an automatic light in the hallways that did not work properly. We walk in the dark for two days in the hallways, but suddenly it worked when we walked to a corner where we did not usually go. They are also bulding an elevator right outside half of the rooms. This was VERY NOISY!!! and they startet around 7am. It seemed clean except for a huge spot on one of the chairs in the room and a lot of glitter from a former guest on the floor that was stuck. The staff could not speak English, but we managed to communicate some of the easiest stuff. Beside of this, we slept well and the location is EVERYTHING.

Śmierdzi w pokoju papierosami i stęchlizną. Drzwi na kod zepsute w nocy nie dało się wejść do obiektu, po pukaniu w nocy otwierali inni lokatorzy obiektu. Telefon do obsługi nie działał.

The room is a very good price so for that you cannot complain. This is one of the best areas in berlin to stay, there are lots of nice bars and restaurants close by. The room was clean, big and bed was extremely comfortable. The only thing to be aware of is that there is construction work happening on the building. The workers start drilling at 6.00am in the morning so bring your ear plugs 🙂

Für Unternehmungen aller Art - völlig okay. Wer mehrheitlich unterwegs - braucht lediglich zum Schlafen eine Unterkunft :=) Badewanne,2 Toiletten, Warmwasser, alles vorhanden - keinerlei Stress, nervende Mitbewohner. Lediglich Parken ein echtes Problem: 6 € / Nacht im nahen Parkhaus [links um die Tankstelle, ca. 60m], das sicher und okay.

Im Historischen Haus aus. Decken sind 3m hoch und hatten alte Verzierungen.
