Hotel needs a deep cleaning urgently

Muito bem localizado. A poucos metros da London Eye e do Big Ben. Fácil metrô e também estação de trem. Limpo e organizado.

Great location and generous size room. Would have been more safe if there was a grab rail to get in and out of the shower which was over the bath. We were there in a heat wave so a fridge would have been welcomed.

Aunque los cuartos son pequeños, como en todo Londres, la ubicación es maravillosa!!! Y no es tan caro como todos los hoteles de esta zona, ideal para dejar las cosas y salir todo el dia a conocer Londres.

Easy check in, we were able to get in earlier. Very spacious & the bed was so comfortable. The staff are very helpful & accommodating.

O ponto alto é a localização! Mas o hotel, em si, é muito bom. Aparência de novo e bem cuidado! Cumpre o que promete !

The view is good from the 14th floor. The lobby is sad and the bathroom in the lobby is beyond sad. The restaurant and bar are in the basement and it’s rather dark and gloomy. However, the location is wonderful.

Seria útil um refrigerador pequeno no quarto.

Os quartos sao muito pequenos . Difícil acomodar as malas,para quem está fazendo uma viagen longa . Nao ha frigobar. Londres estava com a temperatura alta neste mês de Junho e fez muita falta. A localização é boa. Comprei com café da manhã, que é do estilo inglês. Diria que é bom ,se gostar do estilo.. Boa localização. Aceitaram ficar com as nossas malas no dia de ir embora ,enquanto ainda faziamos passeios ao longo do dia e nao cobraram taxa.
