Great location with walking distance to Tokyo Station. We picked this hotel because it has connecting rooms that fit perfectly for our group with 4 adults and 2 kids. They have an open drinking compliments from 10 am to 10 pm. Our kids loved the soft drinks 😄. Everything was good for us. Great service by hotel staff on transferring our luggages to the next hotel.

Hotel yg cukup (sangat) baik, dekat dgn Tokyo Station, bersih, fasilitas baik & luxurious interior. Toilet/WC high-end mode dgn electronic touch button di dinding/terpisah dari body closet. Tersedia usb 5 V utk charging HP di atas tmpt tidur, jadi tdk perlu charger lagi. Utk perokok, di lantai 4 & 9 tersedia smoking room. Pokoknya..... Kōhinshitsu .... alias Excellent

Best location if you come from Narita airport by bus (Tokyo Shuttle) because you can walk here within 3 minutes as well as from hotel to Tokyo station. The room is compact but have many amenities. At the first floor there is a drinking bar and dining area for free.

It was very pleased to stay at Karaksa Hotel Tokyo. The location nearby the Tokyo Station and also nearby good restaurants. The hotel give the best facilities such as sleepwear, complete bath equipments and high technology toilet. First time I use shampoo from the hotel and made my hair so silky! It was never happen from others hotel shampoo! The body bath also very fragrance and I love it! I definitely will come back to stay at Karaksa Hotel! Thank you
