The room that is great for 3-4 persons. I love this place hence it seems that they have been impacted by Covid as there is not much of a tourist and no longer have a buffet breakfast for everyone’s safety. Overall, it is still a great hotel for me.

People there are not hospitable if you are a Filipino. They are only attentive if they are in front of foreigners. Specially people in pool areas.

The staffs and others was great but the check in time was late afternoon, 4pm. It was tiring to wait. The usual time of check in is 2pm. Next time I need to double check the check in time.

When we requested for a switch from smoking to non smoking rooms we were told to it online when in fact in the reservation it's not stated that we reserved for smoking rooms. For senior citizens and young guests, this hotel is not recommended. The lack of flexibility of he staff is very obvious. That will the first and last we'll stay in that hotel.

Problem with elevator only elevator

I love the experience. It was clean and perfect for everyone.

Tried to check in for 3hrs. Their system was down. Imagine, their check in time is 4PM and check out is 10am. Not good.

The hotel has a good location but the room was a smoking room. There's no choices here intraveloka if it's a smoking or non smoking room. I just went out to get some fresh air and then go back to hotel for bed. The place is nice but I think there is a problem in there somking ventilation my room smells nicotine

The place is clean and all the staffs are nice and helpful. Very nice place to stay especially it is located beside the mall.

Reeks of stale cigarette smoke. Door lock was not working.

The room smell bad.No air freshener in the room. Buffet breakfast is not recommendable. I thought this hotel is the same what I had experienced in Japanese hotel in Japan.

First off the check in time is late and too early check out. The service elevator is taking much time. You have to wait for almost 10 min to get up or down from the room.

Friendly staff, clean room, there’s free shuttle to the airport. Would love to stay here again.
