素晴らしい

バイシャ地区という、リスボンの中心に位置しており、周りには飲食店やカフェ、その他の店も多く、どこへ行くにも便利で、立地は最高です。ただ、アパートの目の前を市電が走っているので、早朝から夜遅くまでかなり騒がしいです。 私達はプレミアムアパートメントに宿泊しましたが、広さは十分で、大きな冷蔵庫や洗濯機が付いていて便利でした。部屋にネスカフェのコーヒーマシーンもありますが、コーヒーは最初にあったものが無くなっても補充はしてもらえません。 ホテルと違い、タオル交換は３日に１度、フルクリーニングは５日に１度で、リクエストをして追加料金を支払えば毎日してもらえます。 バスルームですが、バスタブは無く、シャワーの水圧が異常に低いです。あまりに水圧が低いので、シャンプーを洗い流すのに、ものすごい時間がかかり、本当にイライラしました。また、シャワー横の仕切りの透明ガラスが短いため、水を飛び散らせないようにするのが大変でした。これらの点から、シャワールームに関しては、かなりマイナスです。 また、事前に、フロントにスタッフが９時半～17時までいると聞いていたのに、実際にはその時間帯も人は常駐していませんでした。そのため、チェックインをするのも一苦労で、到着してから２日後にたまたまスタッフに遭遇し、やっとチェックイン手続きができました（事前にアパートに入るためのアクセスキーはメールで送られてきていたので、部屋には入れていました）。 現地でスタッフと連絡を取りたい場合は、What Upというアプリを使わなければならず、使ったことが無かったので、やり方もよく分からず本当に面倒でした。 また、アパートと部屋に入るためのアクセスキーを、到着日の３日前には知らせると言われていたのに、実際、２日前になっても送られてこず、こちらがエクスペディアを通じて催促してもらって、やっと送ってくる始末。これらの、アパート側のルーズな点もマイナスでした。

Wi-Fiが使えなかった

家族３人で３泊しました。部屋は清潔で快適に過ごせます。掃除はありませんが、タオルやアメニティーは頼めば追加してくれます。バイシャ地区のコメルシオ広場のすぐ近くにありどこに行くのも便利。ただ一つの難点は、シャワーを浴びると水が飛び散り、洗面所がびしょびしょになります。wifiもスムーズですし、洗濯乾燥機はとても便利でした。

Amazing stay - fantastic location - super easy to check in- communication was clear and it was so very clean! Will definitely stay here again when I’m back in Lisbon

The location is very central, safe & walkable to everything. Easy metro ride from the airport. What I loved the most was their service & welcome box of goodie’s inside our room. We also appreciated having a washer & dryer machine inside our apartment. We would highly recommend staying here.

Nous avons séjourné dans un appartement de type studio. Nous étions deux adultes. Il est rare de bénéficier de lit king en Europe, aussi nous avons été agréablement surpris. Dès l'arrivée, nous avons été accueilli par de belles attentions qui nous ont permis de nous sentir les bienvenus. Le décor est soigné, moderne et la litterie très confortable.

Excellent apartment and location. It was our second time here because we like it so much when we come to Lisbon. A great choice for a place to stay.

Any question were answered right away. Very clean. All amenities you need. Very welcoming. Made sure you were happy. Washer/dryer very nice to have. Well equipped. Loved our stay here. Will choose it again next visit.

The location is in prime downtown area, very convenient for catching different transportation. The staff were super friendly, helpful and attentive to anything we needed. Although we didn’t utilize the cleaning service, I really liked that they offered complimentary housekeeping of the apartment. We didn’t need or want for anything while staying in this apartment, it had everything we possibly needed to have a great stay in Lisbon. The apartment was super spacious, nicely decorated and we really liked that there was a washer/dryer combo unit in the apartment which we utilized a lot. The apartment was super quiet and looked freshly renovated in the last few years. Highly recommend using this company!

We were thrilled with our accommodation. It was spacious, comfortable and central to everything. Excellent communication. A lovely welcome bowl of fruit and bottle of wine. We will definitely recommend the Auria to our friends and we hope to return at a future date.

Excellent location - amazing apartment and great communication with host .

The location was excellent at the center of Baxia yet quiet. No noise from street. Soundproofed apt. Bed and sofa bed very comfortable. Elevators worked well too. Close to lots of food places, and amenities. Hostess and team are amazing. Prompt responses to all our questions, very supportive and courteous. Checkin was flawless. You just have to follow all the clear instructions they give. We placed our luggage at their designated spot directly from airport, explored the city then walked to our apt around the corner in time for checkin at 4pm. I totally enjoyed my stay here and would unreservedly recommend it to others.

Super smooth arrival and the location is central to everything. We were offered a complementary cleaning and the staff was always there to answer our questions if we had any needs or requirements. Would definitely recommend!
