Everything was great

The room was clean but we were given the “accessible “ room usually for the disabled. So I found the bathroom very inconvenient. There was no real area to hang stuff like a toiletry bag as there were only 2 hooks near the shower area, for towels I assume, & one of them was falling off. Since we were only staying 2 nights & were already tired by the time we returned to the hotel to get our room (we arrived at 1 pm & check in is 3pm so we had an appointment for a museum instead of waiting for 2 hours), I didn’t bother requesting another room. The room itself is very spacious relative to normal rooms. The bar fridge is full of bottles of mini liquor, juice , bottled water so not much room to put anything else. They supply a small glass water flask that you can fill from a water dispenser in front of the elevator on your floor. I suspect this is normal tap water as it is not connected to a filtering system and there is a distinct taste. You can get ice in a room on the same floor using your key card. There is wine , coffee & tea in the lobby . Service is a bit inconsistent with some providing excellent service with a real desire to help ( kudos to Aidan & Louie) & some very inexperienced staff on the front desk. The location is great , right on the boundary of Byward Market & the more upmarket area. It is walking distance to the Rideau Centre, convenient if you need to get stuff. A lot of good restaurants in the vicinity. There’s a homeless shelter in front of it.

Very modern, lots of large big windows, turn down service each night with a clean teapot and camomile tea, helpful concierge for restaurant and activity recommendations huge bathroom and I loved the in-room radio playing when we entered. Everything was excellent.

We were absolutely amazed by the hotel, its amenities, and how helpful the staff was. Particularly Christian. Thank you so much for making our experience so incredible.

Beautiful hotel, staff was super help with recommendations!

Staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. Room was bright and clean. Only drawback was valet only parking which necessarily meant waiting a while for our car sometimes.

The room was very spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only minor complaint would be that the walls are not super soundproof so we heard music, TV, etc. from the neighbouring rooms. Thankfully not too disruptive but something to consider if you have a baby or young child.

Great location, underground self-parking was easy to access and the staff were incredibly pleasant. Overall it was a stellar 3 nights here, and I'd definitely come back if the opportunity arises.

It is a no-brainer. The rooms are very spacious, and the service is top-notch. Will definitely be back again.
