Enjoyable stay

Beautiful location, easy to walk to everywhere. Beautiful views from the balcony. High noise tranferance from neighbours.

This was ideal accommodation in Akaroa, central in walking distance of all local shops. Clean, warm great views and excellent communication from owner. Thank you we loved staying in your apartment

The nice bonus with Akaroa on a busy weekend was the dedicated parking space.

Unit was excellent location, clean & tidy. When arriving in Akaroa we had no idea where to find the apartment - after many phone calls, we found out the unit was in Akaroa Village Inn Complex. If we had of known this, we would have saved alot of time & frustration.

Lovely view from balconies, bedroom and living area. Kitchen and bathroom adequate. The only real letdown was that the balcony railings and table were filthy. As they were cleaned that day and the forecast was good why not clean them? Otherwise a great spot!

L appartement est bien situé. Endroit calme, propre, à côté du pier. Vraiment agréable, facile l’acces a la clé.

This is actually an apartment which is located just near the pier. Having a wonderful scene of Akaroa, this apartment is easily found and have easy access into it. And of course, free parking just in front of your apartment.

For a wee toddler they could fall through the balcony rails . Otherwise all perfect for our needs

View from our room was fabulous. Really enjoyed relaxing on the verandah. The apartment was well appointed and had adequate kitchen facilities.
