こんにちは。こちらのホテルに滞在できて本当に良かったです。最初はホテルを見つけるのに少し苦労しましたが、道路沿いにありました。ただ、エレベーターがなく階段しかないため、スーツケースを運ぶのが大変でした。全部で3階建てくらいで、とても疲れました。将来的にはエレベーターが設置されることを願っています。申し訳ありませんが、部屋の写真を撮り忘れてしまいました。荷物が少ない旅行なら、このホテルはおすすめです。 雰囲気・設備：ホテルのロビーと部屋は清潔で、バスルームも清潔でした。ありがとうございました。 スタッフの対応：スタッフは親切でフレンドリー、そしてとても助かりました。 特記事項：ロビーに無料のウォーターサーバーがあります。 価格：妥当です。

すべて問題ないが、エレベーターが無く、荷物を運ぶのを手伝ってくれる人がいなかった

(+)Location is practical since its just a walk away from many tourist site (Senado Square, The Ruins,Augustine Church,etc.. ) Also, it is near Grand Emperor Hotel & Macau Peninsula where tourist can also wait for a free shuttle ride going to casinos. (+) Room is spacious compared to rooms offered in Hong Kong. (-) Receptionist (lady) assigned during the afternoon (we arrived 3pm) doesn't understand english much which made it difficult for us to communicate since she also has a question that I could not understand. At first she seems rude (expression and body language) since she cant speak English but after few moments I observed that she actually cared for the guest by giving what we need, trying her best to deliver her message to us, etc. (-) CR door is busted. Can't be locked. Overall, I will still recommend this hotel if you are a guest who wanted to score a cheap hotel in Macau and will stay only for one or two days.
