フロントで紹介してもらったローカル料理のレストランが最高に美味しかった

スタッフもとても親切で感じが良い。ただ1つ残念なのは窓際に設置されていた。空調が壊れていて稼働しなかったことだ。まぁそれも電気ストーブを持ち込んでくれて、とりあえず解決した。空調は早めに修理するか新品に取り替える必要があると思う。

モデナ旧市街の中心から徒歩数分のところにありますが、周囲は静かです。趣のあるクラシックなホテルで、庭で食べる朝食は最高でした。

お部屋も広くて清潔でしたし、元貴族の館ということで装飾などもとても素敵でしたが、なによりスタッフの笑顔とホスピタリティとプロ意識が最高でした。朝食も種類豊富で毎朝楽しみでした。お庭が見える部屋だったので朝一番に窓を開けるのが楽しみでした。モデナにまた行くことがあれば必ず泊まりたいおすすめのホテルです。

施設は古さを感じますが、家庭的なサービスがあり、モデナの重要な歴史に触れることができます

駅からは少し離れているようだが（車での旅でした）、中心地に近いので観光には良い立地でした。コロナの感染対策もしっかりされていて、ホテルマンのサービスも良く安心して利用することが出来ました。

歴史ある建物で、廊下など多少古さは感じましたが、お部屋も清潔感があり、快適な滞在でした。フロントの方など対応は感じが良かったです。 ジュニアスイートではありましたが、お風呂はシャワーのみだったのは残念です。 また、朝食は、飲み物もセルフサービスだったので、コーヒーはいれたてを飲みたかったです。 冬なので、中庭へは入れませんでしたが、季節が良ければ素敵な雰囲気だったと思います。

モデナの街に近くとても良いです！ ２０回目です！

ロケーションは抜群です。マーケットからも近く、すべて徒歩圏内です。古いホテルなので、入ってすぐのレセプションは壁画、天井画もあって、歴史を感じます。一つだけ気になったのは、道路からホテルの入口まで8段ぐらい階段があり、到着したときはポーターがスーツケースを運んでくれましたが、出発のときは自分で運ばなければならず、ちょっと大変でした。多分頼めばやってくれると思いますが。

Historical important hotel at Modena. A little old and small problems about the facility. But we enjoyed the good old heritages.

Great location & breakfast. Excellent staff. Downside was very hard flat bed pillows. Asked for softer / fluffier ones & were given the same hard dead pillows. Last night new people in adjacent room smoked in their bathroom in early hrs with fan on for hrs which sent smoke into mainly our bathroom as we had the door shut during the evening. Next morning the smoke in our. Station almost made us sick. The room next to us was also a non smoking so we were rather upset. Staff apologized of course.

Stunning garden and a very nice quiet location but the rooms are in need of some updating.

Nice staff. Old world charm but a little dated. Not the quietest hotel I’ve ever been in.

I love this hotel so much. I told everyone, this is what I want from a hotel when I’m in Italy! Beautiful entry/lobby. Clean, well appointed room. I did have the balcony room, which was just luxury to sit out there and enjoy a coffee. The garden space also offers quiet space to breathe. This is right in the city center, so everything is walkable. I wish I would have gotten there Friday as intended, because Friday night right at the corner is so much action! Food, drinks, fun, and then the quiet space of the hotel. They have a small but well-appointed bar. And the staff and I worked hard to come up with a signature cocktail. It definitely requires Amaro. Plus the restaurant in the ground floor has recently opened and I had a lovely traditional dish. I will make it a point to stay here anytime I am back! As a business traveler, this was a welcome break, but as a leisure traveler this is a gem!
