景色は最高です。受付の方も優しかったです。利便性もいいです。周辺いいレストランいっぱいあります。 ただ、部屋は汚いですね。床やソファーの下にゴミやホコリいっぱい溜まっています。そして、アリさんもあちこち居て、小さな子供がいると、心配ですね。設備のメンテナンスもっとした方がいいと思います。キチンの換気扇が壊れています。エレベーター一台しか動いていないため、人が多い時は。20分待たされたことがあります。

Milsons Point Station、Milsons Point ferry wharf、共に数分で便利でした。身を乗り出せばハーバーブリッジが見える角度の部屋でしたが、ラベンダーベイがが目の前で眺めが良かったです。Milsons Point ferry wharfからの見える夜景も最高。その隣にルナパークがあり、夜の散歩も思い立ったらすぐ行けます。ここに泊まったことでシドニーの印象がグンと上がりました。もし今度シドニーに行くとしてもここに泊まりたいです。今回、レンタカーは利用しませんでしたが、このロケーションで地下駐車場も含まれているので次回は利用したいです。近くのフィッシュアンドチップスのお店も美味しくておススメです。

駅から近く、周辺にはコンビニやスーパーマーケット、ワインショップがあるので便利。 部屋からの眺めがとても良かった。ハーバーブリッジが見える部屋だった。 オフィスの人達は親切。 チェックインまでの時間は、荷物を預けられて良かった。 洗濯の際はハンガーはたくさんあるので良かった。エアコンも快適に使えた。アイロンとアイロン台もあった。ヘアードライヤーもあった。収納が沢山あって便利。洗濯乾燥機は快適に使えた。 清掃が行き届いていない。食洗機の洗剤が未開封であるが固まっていて使えない。洗濯機の洗剤投入口は粉末洗剤がたくさん付着していて固まっていて汚い。テレビボードの下は埃だらけ。 キッチンの電気コンロはコンセントが入っているのを確認したが使えなかった。オーブンは使えた。電子レンジはあったが未確認。 日曜日チェックアウトだったがオフィスが閉まっていて荷物を預かってもらえなかった。

We couldn’t have found a better place to stay in Milsons Point than Milson Serviced Apartments. The commanding view from the balcony is simply marvelous — overlooking Sydney Harbour and the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge. The location is incredibly convenient, just steps from the train station and ferry quay. A short walk brings you down to Bradfield Park, where a scenic promenade runs alongside the harbour, offering stunning views of Circular Quay, the Sydney Opera House, Darling Harbour, Crown Sydney, and the downtown business district. We were even fortunate enough to watch a gorgeous fireworks display there in the evening — an unforgettable experience. We were warmly checked in on Australia Day morning by a pleasant and professional attendant who promptly attended to our needs despite it being a public holiday. The apartment is well-appointed with all the amenities needed for a comfortable short stay. After an extended stretch of hotel stays in the CBD, having a washer and dryer in the apartment was especially important and much appreciated. Down at street level, Azzurro Attitude Cafe serves excellent coffee, prepared by a friendly barista/owner — a great spot to start the day. Overall, Milson Serviced Apartments offers unbeatable harbour views, superb convenience, and the comforts of home — highly recommended for anyone staying in Sydney.

The apartment is close to Luna Park, Milson's Point Station and Ferry and the Harbour Bridge. It's easy to access the city from here, both by public transport and walking. The kitchen was small but included everything you could want. The washing machine and dryer were a massive bonus. Excellent sized apartment for 2 or 3 people.

We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again- only downside is the gym isn’t great - the machines seem old and no dumbbells in the rack but were shown on the photos on hotels.com Particularly we would give a shout out to Harry in the office who helped with anything we needed Overall the apartment had everything we needed and we found the location great

What a fantastic location. 150 metres to the ferry wharf and beautiful walks along the water.

Bedding was stained through two layers in the exact same place. Really concerned it hadn’t been changed from previous guest. When replacement bedding was supplied upon request it was just dumped inside the door and the soiled bedding was left on the bed. Fridge was dirty and there was hair everywhere in the bathroom.

Here’s a polished, friendly review version with a natural flow: This apartment is perfectly positioned for a fabulous stay in Sydney. With easy access to ferries and trains and the harbour bridge, great cafés within walking distance, supermarkets nearby, a very comfortable bed, a lovely balcony, and an amazing view, it ticks all the boxes. Despite being so central, it’s wonderfully quiet. Luna Park is right below, so if you don’t enjoy the sound of laughter and screaming, this may not be the place for you—but we personally didn’t mind it at all. The apartment was very clean, although the carpet and walls could use a little TLC, with a few stains and scuff marks noticeable. That said, it didn’t detract from our stay. Having free underground parking was a huge bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Das Apartment hatte eine wunderbare Aussicht, es war ruhig und die Sehenswürdigkeiten, Essens- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten der Stadt waren gut erreichbar. Die Ausstattung der Küche und die Sauberkeit war weniger als mittelmäßig. Wegen der Aussicht/Lage war das aber akzeptierbar…

We enjoy being @ the unit. Staffs are friendly and helpful, and the location - being near a T station - is great. The unit itself needs some update and renovation. Little change can make a lot of difference! I don't think it has any update since it was built.

Great location, shower needs some attention, we had issues with the thermostat and the shower head needed cleaned (legionella risk). Only one toilet roll! But we would stay again!
