La stanza era molto caratteristica, corredata di aria condizionata e di un balcone. Il bagno era separato da una porta dall'area notte. Albergo molto caratteristico. Colazione più che soddisfacente.

Really nice hotel in a really nice town.

We attended a wedding in Soller and stayed here for 4 nights. Quirky little hotel in a perfect location, very quiet considering it is in the centre of Soller. The continental breakfast was fresh and plenty of choice for a small hotel. The reception staff were friendly and recommended a fabulous restaurant 5 mins walk away which was away from the touristy ones in the square. They also booked us a taxi for the airport 👍

Das ganze Hotel ist etwas besonderes. Eben ein "Unusual Hotel" mit einem ganz besonderen Charme. Dazu die Lage, mehr Zentrum geht nicht. Unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Hotel located in the centre. Room was very nice and clean.

The location is superb and offers great value for the area. Most importantly, the staff are friendly and incredibly helpful when we requested a room change. Our second room was lovely, which shows the hotel definitely has 4-star potential. Unfortunately, our first night was spent in the infamous Room 101 (basement level), which ruined the overall experience. The air conditioning was broken, extremely noisy, and could not be switched off. Furthermore, the "double bed" was actually two twins pushed together that kept sliding apart, causing me to fall into the gap throughout the night. We initially wanted to give this hotel a 4/5 because the service and the second room were so good. However, after checking Google reviews post-stay, we realized that the exact issues with Room 101 (the AC, bed & cleanliness) have been reported by guests for months. It is disappointing that the management continues to rent out this specific room despite knowing its condition. While the staff are doing their best, they needs to either renovate Room 101 or stop booking it until it is fixed. We are leaving a 2-star review to raise awareness for users; if you stay here, the hotel is great—just make sure you aren't placed in the basement!

Es war trotz Nebensaison sehr laut. Die Decke nir sehr dunn, weshaöb man nachts gefriert hat. Alles in allem war es okay. Empfehlen würde ich es jedenfalls nicht.

No parking near the hotel. No door to bathroom just a curtain. Threadbare towels and no duvet covers on stained duvets . Poor quality food and drink at breakfast. Photo of hotel on website was of port de Soller not Soller town . Misleading hotel description on website .

Lluna Aqua Hotel was in the perfect location, very easy to check-in, the staff were super accommodating and friendly

Because of no parking Space close to hôtel no possible to stop. Inside hôtel i don’t know we sent to the beach to sleep in the car! With two small kid wasn’t fantastic!

Super hôtel dont l’emplacement est parfait. À deux pas de la magnifique église. Chambre joliment décorée, propre. Personnel agréable.

Short, but beautiful stay at Lluna Aqua Soller. Loved how they had blended the art deco design with something now. Charming and nice, and just in the middle ove the town.

Hotel is located very close to the centre, shopping and restaurants. Loved the decor, breakfast, coffee was good and amazing staff. Also, we wanted to take the tram to Port, so hotel is like 7 minutes walking distance from the tram stop. The only issue was that our room didn’t have any doors to the bathroom/shower which is not giving any privacy when 2 people are staying together. Also, please be prepared to be looking for street parking or parking lots, we have to download app and be adding money, since it is allowing to pay only for 2 or 3 hours, it was a bit challenging to find parking since streets are very narrow, we visited in May, so could only imagine how it is during the busy season.

A lovely stay, the hotel was ideally situated in Soller, the hotel was nice and quirky, without trying too hard. Staff were helpful and attentive. Will stay again

The hotel is one of life’s little gems . it’s beautiful and was wonderful to stay the rooms are all different and it is very comfortable, cannot fault anything the staff were very polite and nothing was to much trouble.directions and very helpful with bus and taxi services. I will definitely be visiting again 100 % breakfast was delicious and so fresh cannot fault in any way jannine

Badezimmertür konnte nicht geschlossen werden, Duschkabinentür klemmte, Frühstück um 9:30 fast leer, schaut auf den zweiten Blick nicht mehr ganz so wertig aus

I am not able to put the video, the sheets had holes, the paint was peeling everywhere especially in the bathroom in addition to the mold, we were shown another room which was in the same condition, we left and the hotel did not want to reimburse us
