Clean, friendly staff. Accommodating

Great, safe place to stay

Because I booked with a third-party Expedia, …..they treat you like a second class citizen. I’m not afforded my member points. There’s no complementary water. They really make you understand that you’re a second class citizen here.

The staff was nice. Our bed was comfy. The toilet in our room stopped working the first night. When asked the front desk about it in the morning, they said they already sent their handy man home for the day and we were given a plunger to try to fix ourselves. The pool was also very cold and my kids didn’t enjoy it.

Food left in fridge, crumbs on the floor, we had booked two rooms and the room phone didn’t work in the one room, so they upgraded that room and that phone didn’t work in that room so we didn’t even use the second room the whole trip

Short stay but checking in is always fast and friendly. Great rooms - very clean.

Double charged Pool was Ice cold 42 Staff untrained and played dumb. Will dispute charges through company credit card.

Quick easy check in. Room was clean. Bathroom could have been cleaned better. Comfy bed. Good breakfast. Nice for a one night stay.

Everything was very nice. It was clean and very quiet.

I requested ADA room with Roland shower. Made my reservations well in Advanced upon arriving did not notice that the curtains did not go up and down. It was stuck half open. There was no remote in that evening after going out for dinner we realize we couldn’t shut the blinds, spoke with the downstairs and she said that she said if there was no remote, And that she didn’t have another remote and apologize. But then when I continue talking with her telling her we needed to do something because my window window was facing where the sunrise is I’ve been up for 36 hours and was quite tired and awoken by the sunlight during the conversation, she hung up on the phone while I was talking to her. I’m an amputee I put my leg back on. I was in my pajamas. It was 1230 at night. Walked downstairs while she argued with me when I told her all we needed to do was to correct the situation, I told her I don’t care if we put aluminum foil on the windows get some cardboard boxes put them on the windows just something that does not let light in. She was very rude. I never raise my voice. She was training another person that evening she went and called her manager on the phone came back and said she couldn’t get a hold of the general manager at that point and then apparently the assistant manager general manager called her back and they were on their way, but I’ve worked with the public for 30 years. Average hotel stay. Breakfast could of been a little better but overall just a normal hotel stay
