レンタカーがあったので きにならなかったが 町から離れており、 周辺には レストランも何も無い。 喫煙ポリシーが厳しく 唯一ある喫煙場所はスタッフの洗濯物が干してある二階へ16段の階段を登る必要がある。スタッフトイレの前にあり 灰皿はタバコでいっぱいでで掃除してない。

This resort is incredible. The staff were incredibly attentive and very knowledgeable. We met the owner Jason and he is an incredibly gracious host. He was very helpful and kind. He had a special dinner for us which was an incredible mix of Korean Filipino hybrid foods. We will definitely come and stay here again. It is about a 30 minute walk (5-6 min in a tricycle “tuk tuk”) from the proper town. Customer service was above and beyond.

Mysigt, lugnt avskiljt ställe. Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Stora fina rum, trevligt med egen vattentank och ett kylskåp. Dock läckte det från airconditionen rätt mycket vid balkongdörren. Fanns inga stolar på balkongen så det bad vi om och fick då stolar från pooldäcket, bra och fin lösning. Pooldäcket behöver ses över och läggas om, plankor som är ojämna och sticker upp, även solsängen gick igenom mellan två plankor. Det sticker upp spikar och skruvar som är lätta att skada sig på. Frukosten hade många alternativ att beställa från, man fick även en liten soppa och eventuellt nåt litet annat med innan det man beställt, som en förrätt till frukosten kan man säga :) Lunchen går bara att beställa till kl 13.30, man borde kunna beställa mat, om än bara mindre enkla rätter då resortet ligger avskiljt. En fin vistelse överlag, men lite underhåll hade gjort det ännu bättre. Tack till all trevlig personal

The rooms were nice please restock the snacks and Beverages after all we pay for them... Only deal breaker NO HOT WATER 4 days of cold showers... Not okay

The staff was absolutely wonderful. The pool was well maintained and very nice to use day or night. I would most definitely come back again the next time I travel to Siargao.

If you like a to stay in a qiet place, this is for you. Big rooms, clean, nice beach & nice pool, we enjoyed our stag here, emplyees are nice & helpful.

I really liked the Retreat. My room was really a large apartment. Spacious with full length windows on two sides overlooking the sea, gardens and swimming pool. Nice restaurant area with idiosyncratic Korean inspired food. At fist I thought the room was a little rustic but that was due to customs built furniture pointed dark brown. In fact the facilities were bang up to date - separate toilet, basin and shower areas modern TV and good broadband. The beach was not really suitable for sandcastles and baying but scenic.

Hospitality, clean space, and suites are spacious. Will come back again! Retreat speaks for itself defining the quiet relaxing ambiance that ppl look for a getaway. 10/10 recommended

My wife and I had a great experience at the RETREAT RESORT. The staff was amazing, our room was spacious and very clean. We ate at the restaurant every day and the food was good. The pool was spotless. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

I don’t see myself staying here ever again. This hotel just wasn’t my vibe. The day of my arrival, I requested private transportation for the following day, December 14, 2025 (my birthday) at 9am for a tour for me and my fiancé. I didn’t get a courtesy call to inform me that the transportation had arrived. It was around 9:15am when I called the front desk to check the status of my transportation and that’s when I was informed that transportation was already at the hotel waiting for us. I was told that rooms are cleaned upon request. I requested our room to be cleaned after my fiancé and I left for our tour, but our room didn’t get cleaned till around 1:35pm after we had returned. I asked the front desk why our room wasn’t cleaned and he stated that they had to get rooms ready for new arrivals. When the front desk saw I was a bit frustrated, he immediately had someone to clean the room. Even when the cleaning crew that cleaned our room seemed to have a bit of an attitude. I asked for my room to be cleaned around 9:30am but it wasn’t cleaned until 1:35pm, and the new guests didn’t arrive sometimes around 5pm. It would have been nice to have returned to a clean room after a fun day of adventures. The morning of December 15, 2025 around 7:30am, I asked for a room clean. After returning to our room, the cleaning crew had finished cleaning, but was casually sitting on the couch talking, which was awkward to say the least.

Everything Big rooms with Netflix is a plus Staff are very accommodating
