I traveled with three family members and the three bedroom two bathroom suite was perfect. Check in was very easy and convenient. Communication was great with quick replies. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Outside box for key wss broken. Culd not get in room for 2 hours

The hotel is in the heart of Santurce; steps away from plenty of shops, restaurants & even a grocery store. It is also less than a mile away from Ocean Park beach, which is a lovely local stretch of public beach. Our room was cozy & the bed was pretty comfy. They do provide plenty of shampoo, conditioner & bath soap as well toilet paper. Ladies - you will need to bring your own hair dryer as one was not provided. If you are looking for a comfy & cozy stay in Santurce, this place fits the bill!

Nice place to stay in the west

Very convinient. The Check in took a while but nothing to fret about. Great place.

Property is in a safe area with plenty of local activities in the heart of San Juan. Plenty of nearby beaches and restaurants nearby. Towels and laundry available when needed.

I love my stay I will definitely come back .

To get to our room we had to go through two codes gates and up three flights of in level tile steps in the rain Hallways were barely wide enough for one person and a suitcase The room has no deadbolt and the door didn’t shut at the top The bed had two half sized pillows and two small towels were provided Ye internet did. Work and the tv does not work We called the front desk at 10:05 pm to find out they don’t help anyone after 10 pm So noisy ! Do not recommend
