We need to change 4 times our room. And the training staff alone without senior staff or local staff assist. 1. Block G at 5th floor, we request to change due the lift are out of order, yes the have other lift but far for us plus we come alone with baby 3 month, 3year, 10 year and 11 year kid. 2. Yes, we change order room at block A 2nd floor but there is no channel for the TV, we I ask why the TV are not working they telling us problem with technical issue. They should inform us earlier or fix it. 3. Again we change the room, I was waiting at receptionist while my husband are checking the 3rd room again. The room is studio room our is family room. 4. again and finally we got the room. Can image how hard we are up and down with the kids? 5. They are telling us there is no WiFi include. 6. There is no shop nearby.

TV has no coverage, no air-con controller

Room is just as expected... Okay...the check in time stated at 2.00pm but have to come back at 3.00pm because the room is not ready yet.

Dapat bilik yang ok dan view yg cntik dri bilik nmpk water park.just TV langsung xdpt siaran bcause xde astro.hope can improve signal TV and wifi.

The water park is little bit expensive and need to revise so that more people can easily enter the park

The air conditioning was not working in one of the room

Gloomy and scary, the location also is not strategic.

It always takes hours to complete the registration.

Good place to bring your kids. Prefer stay on weekday, Friday... you own that pool.

Changed room from 202 to 303 but same condition even worse.air condition leak,hot water didn't function.
