サバ州選挙のためにここに来ました。素敵な場所ですが、サンダカンのさらなる発展が必要です。

ホテルは少し古いです。ヒルビューの部屋はとても素敵で、広さも十分でした。正直なところ、サンダカンで高級ホテルを探しているなら、選択肢はあまり多くありません。

チェックインとチェックアウトの手続きがいつも迅速で手間がかからないので、ここに滞在するのがとても楽しいです。また、プールのルールが他のホテルに比べてそれほど厳しくないのも嬉しいです。ただ、忙しい日常から離れてリラックスするためによくここに来るので、朝食の品揃えが今後改善されることを期待しています。

サンバルナシレマやチキンルンダンは塩辛すぎる。

Pro: good, clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast OK but not much varieties. Cons: check in is late. I come at 2pm but room is not ready and I'm waiting for 45-50 minutes 😫.

I was choose triple room with 1 king size bed and 1 single bed but I got twin room with 2 single bed and 1 extra bed ☹️☹️ out of expectation room. food ok, swimming pool ok. so 4 star this hotel

Booking online for triple room with pool view for 2 nights. Once check in they give us 2 twin bed with no pool view. Really disappointed.. really upset! They do give us extra bed instead changing our room. 😒 Breakfast just fine..the staff very friendly and my kids have a great time with swimming at the pool. The lesson...cannot trusted the online booking, better just walk in and you can choose what you want.

Got no bathtub in the room. Dissapointed
