安くて良いエリアです。買い物もしやすく、そごうにも近いです。

清潔さ - ホテルではなく周囲の環境ですが、それでも許容範囲内で理解できます。

スタッフはまあまあでしたが、フレンドリーではありませんでした。エアコンが正常に機能していなかったため、滞在中は不快なほど暑かったです。

駐車場はありません。ホテルのフロアはあまり良くありません。チェックインカウンターとホテルの部屋への入り口は、まず建物の外に出る必要があります。荷物が多い方や小さなお子さんがいる方には大変です。

Lokasi yang sangat strategis, untuk kamar sempit dan masuknya tidak dari lobi, jadi sedikit mengganggu. Kamar berisik.

Room has musty odor with cockroach lurching. Bathroom door is already broken when I check-in. If you're checking in alone, be prepared to be stucked inside the bathroom.

Smelly room, dirty floor, dirty towel.

The staff were friendly and helpful and they even help me to carry my luggage to the lift. Lift was outside of the reception (not part of the hotel) need to walk up some staircases and would find a lift. Aircond was put on timer mode (can't reset using remote) and it's automatically turned off almost every 30 minutes which is very uncomfortable and I have to wake up several times to turn off and on the aircond. temperature was set to 17 degrees but it actually feel like 30 degrees. Bathroom was dirty, mold growing on tiles. Location close to shopping mall, Filipinos market and waterfront. Definitely not staying here again unless they fix the aircond.

Hotel yang strategik di tengah bandar, berdekatan dengan pusat beli-belah central point, bilik bersih dan besar dan selesa, tempat makan di sekitar hotel, parking tidak disediakan, masa menunggu grab mengambil masa 5-4 minit bergantung dengan kesesakan lalu lintas.

Penginapan ok, sarapan pagi kurang memuaskan.

Bilik ok, cuma aircond x sejuk.

Mula-mula dapat bilik tingkat 3, tapi lift rosak smpai lah hari checkout. 3 hari kami terpaksa pakai tangga untuk naik ke 3 floor. Lepastu bilik pertama kami dapat, aircon tidak kuat. Aduiii. Lepastu minta tukar bilik baru, nasib diorang bagi. Masih x puas ati itu lift rosak oo. Atleast dorang tukar kami ke block A yang lift okay. Itu saja.

I was check in on 26th August and stayed in room 406 level 4 then water supply break down started 8.30 to 9.40 pm almost 1 hours

2 kali pergi tak da air untuk mandi atas membuang air.

Lokasi baik. Tapi laluan ke bilik perlu keluar hotel lalu kedai makan di koridor dan naik tangga baru jumpa lift. Bilik sempit, dinding ada yang rosak, tuala berbau, channel tv ada 3 sahaja. Dapat tingkat 5 bising bila hujan turun timpa bumbung. Breakfast guna kupon hotel tapi makan di kedai mamak sebelah hotel. Pasti tak akan tempah hotel ini lagi.

Old room. Not clean especially toilet. Air con was not being service. Dirty stain and Water mark stain on walls. Overall no proper maintance is being done.

Hotel selesa, cuma x ada peti sejuk.

Saya sampai hotel jam 00. Receptionist tidak menerima bookingan hotel kami, saya sangat kecewa dengan bangunan hotel, lift kotor, kamar tidak layak ditempati karena AC panas. Barang-barang sudah tua dan tidak terawat.
