Kebersihannya kurang (AC nya tidak bersih, lantai dibawah tempat tidur sepertinya tidak dibersihkan sehingga banyak sampah dibawah tempat tidurnya), tidak ada sarapan

This is the first time I booked a room that really dissapoint me. Firstly we were given a wrong room (2 guest in 1 room instead of 3 guest as I booked). I found many cigarettes at the wastafel and the ac is not really working. Then we got call that we need to change the room since the receptionist wrongly gave us the room from the first time. I never thought the real room we booked were so much worse. There were some rat sh*t and dust on the beds and the floor dusty. The toilet is better than the first room though. Will try to see another hotel if we go to Bukit Bintang again

I stayed for 3 nights, room is dirty, no bottle water, no toiletries, they don’t clean the room the whole time I was staying, not even pick up the trash I put outside my room until I told them to. The room in front of mine is broken, they made it like storage but so dirty and kinda open so it’s a bit scary and smelly. The bed sheets and pillows are dirty. Not recommended. The only good thing is this hotel near to food stalls and public transportation.

Kamar sangat kotor dan tidak dibersihkan tepat waktu sangat menyenangkan.

All is fine, alot of foods there and near from the city centree yeah it was good so far

Hotel jorok, kamar tidak dibersihkan kalau kita tidak ngotot menit dibersihkan. Banyak semut di kamar.

Kamar kurang bersih. fasilitas dikamar hanya AC dan TV 1 saluran. kamar tidak dibersihkan tiap hari.

Enak sih, dekat sama jalan alor, pavilion, MRT, go ke kalau. cuma wifinya h1 saja kencang, selanjutnya agak lelet. 3 hari 4 malam enak saja👍🏻

Jauh dari yang menyenangkan. Hotelnya sudah kumuh. TV rusak. Kamar mandi tidak ada sikat gigi, pemanas air juga tidak ada. Saya kecewa dengan bayar segitu.

Lumayan nyaman dengan tempat yang strategis untuk menikmati malam di Kuala Lumpur.

Room was dirty, even when I check in I didn’t get a towels. Have to call down? And the next day I asked to make up my room they didn’t make up.

Lumayan lah. Dekat ke Bukit Bintang. Ke stasiun Bukit Bintang, ke Go KL stop. Tapi jalannya agak menanjak. Siap-siapin kaki kalau nginap di sini, engga cocok untuk orang tua yang engga sanggup jalan.

Worth with your money. The room is clean. Staff is very helpful.. even we arrived at 2 a.m. He helped bring our luggage to lift. Keep smiling and very polite

Cocok banget untuk yang mau berpergian dengan budget yang minim, sangat dekat mau kemana-mana. Tinggal jalan dikit dapat halte dan dekat jalan Alor dan pusat-pusat jalan bintang yang lain.

Lokasinya oke, dekat dengan monorail Bukit Bintang, dekat dengan tempat makan, minimarket. Akses ke jalan raya, jalannya menanjak-menurun, jadi kalau jalan kaki luar biasalah ngos-ngosan jalannya walau pun dekat ke jalan raya. Kamarnya kecil, toilet saat itu kurang bersih, handuk belum disediakan di kamar, AC-nya sepertinya baru dibersihkan, AC masih dalam keadaan terbuka. Hotel sesuailah dengan harganya.

Letak hotel strategis dekat dengan sungai wang, alor dan MRT. Mudah untuk cari makanan halal karena letaknya di ain arab tidak diberikan air mineral tapi di deket lobby ada dispenser jadi bisa isi air sepuasnya untuk. Recommended baik backpacker maupun keluarga.
