総合評価とレビュー Sun Inns Hotel Kelana Jaya

昨日は眠れませんでした。夜の11時から朝の5時まで、狂ったように叫び続けました。本当に大きな声で。休むことも、眠ることもできませんでした。

The water heater shower head is broken, and not fixed. Toilet door also not able to close properly.

Friendly staff and nice person, location and easy check in, low price budget hotel.

For the time period I was there, the stay was generally well and the room I was booked in didn't disappoint me. It was comfortable, to say the least. The downside was the wifi signal in the room wasn't that reliable at all. So I had to either be in the lobby or the Mamak stall beside it to use wifi.

Bilik berbau rokok, pekerja cakap nak antar pewangi sampai check out pun take. Takpela tu. Dari tangga sampai dalam bilik agak kurang bersih. Orang boleh smoking di tangga sahaja. Kalau ikut kan harga ok la tapi saya pernh jgk ambil bilik harga 70 kebawah tapi ok je. Biar kecil tapi bersih. Balik rumah terus selesema mgkin habuk banyak kot. Cadangan saya perbaiki perkhidmatan kebersihan.

Rambut bersepah atas lantai. Cadar yang kurang bersih .berasa ada serangga mengigit semasa tidur. Tiada air mineral walaupun sebotol.

I'm really surprised when you ask about deposit rm50 you must tell us about that we pay 7 eleven RM 50 after you ask me pay again deposit 50 + 10 RM you can charge but at least you should inform about that before .

Tempat bersih dan servis terbaik, reception friendly cuma astro TV perlu diperbaiki. Keseluruhan bagus.

First I wanted to give bad expressions as one of the operators gave me a room with light problem. thus her face extremely annoying. then new operator came up and give me a new proper room and give me an explanations.

Initial room given had broken tv and shower. Night receptionist guy changed room for me to 1st fl. So I avoided the antique lift. It was clean,quiet and all things worked well. Basic hotel 3 mins walk frm Paradigm Mall with a good manak shop next door at a reasonable price.

Cadar kotor then banyak hama. Habis merah-merah badan. Tak tau la tukar cdr ke tak 🤔 Parking sekali keluar je tak kena bayar...

It was a decent hotel and worth for those who are looking for a budget hotel. It has the best location as it is located next to Paradigm Mall.

Water dispenser on level 3 is not function, have to go to 1st floor to get water to drink. Should give complimentary mineral water in the room because of that. The lift is so slow. Need to repair. Free Parking only applicable during check out. Otherwise have to pay RM3 every single time you go out from that area. The night before, i stayed in the other hotel in the same area which is more cheaper and better room. Overall i'm not eager to comeback to this hotel any time soon.

Hotel bajet yang bagus. Ada pemanas air. Bilik kemas.

The room were totally different from the pictures when booking thru app. The room was so smelly, walls had stain, curtains had stain and bed had stain. I had to shift 2 times for a better room and paid extra. Never again will stay at sun inns kelana jaya.

Affordable for backpackers, the price is affordable.
