夜勤の受付スタッフ（ウィンさん）はとても親切でした。深夜に重要な書類の印刷を手伝ってくれました。ホテル側は彼に報酬を与えるべきです。ありがとうございました。

好きな場所がたくさんあるので、すぐに手に入ります。歩いても移動に困ることはありません。近くにはコーヒーショップ、バー、飲食店がたくさんあります。ランドリーも近くにあります。

ホテルは清潔で、香りが良く、エアコンは冷たく、市場とターミナルの近くにあります。私のようなバックパッカーにとっては非常に良いです。新しいホテルではありませんが、窓なしの部屋を注文しても快適でした。店員さんもフレンドリーですよ

I stayed here for the Borneo Ultramarathon. Convenient location with food all around and a few steps away from the bus stop. The room was comfortable, and the staff were nice and professional. Overall, very good!

This is my bad experience stay in the hotel since a long time for my travel for working. The hotel no security no safety chain lock, no eye viewer at the door. No safety access at the lift. It was great. The room was nice and the receptionist is very helpful.

No parking provided by the hotel. The only parking available is a bit far at the Padang Merdeka area. I was fined by DBKK for parking there. The hotel management didn't inform me about parking ticket.

Everything is great but just one of the switches was defect.
