戦略的に魅力的な場所ですが、駐車場が限られています。

以前は良いホテルだったと思います。設備は標準的で、美しいシティビューの屋内プールとシンプルなジムがあります。朝食は希望すれば提供されます。近くには美味しいレストランがたくさんあります。ワトソン、7-E、ファミリーマート、薬局、クリニックの隣にあります。ハウスキーピングチームは丁寧で親切です。しかし、メンテナンスをもっと充実させて欲しいと思います。8階にあるファミリースイートのソファベッドにトカゲの糞がいくつかありました。エアコンは冷えるのに時間がかかります。インターネットは遅いです。以前の点状の汚れは便器のリングに見えます。エレベーターの床の1つは大理石が割れていましたが、フロアマットが敷かれていました。裏庭の駐車スペースは限られており、深夜2時～3時頃はバイクの大きな音がしてかなりうるさいです。

アッサラームアライクム。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切、そして親切でした。立地はあらゆるお店（例えば飲食店）に近く、とても便利です。部屋は素敵でした。清潔さもまあまあでした。サービスと設備は素晴らしく、プールはとても快適でしたが、サウナはメンテナンス中でした。朝食は美味しく、種類も豊富でした。

スタッフはまったくフレンドリーではありません。そしてもちろん、州の問題に関しては、このホテルは人種差別的な態度をとっています。このホテルへの訪問はこれが最初で最後です。二度と行きません。RM500以上支払ったのに、予約した部屋がないと言われました。これも高すぎます。

ホテルの立地は良いです。Wakaf Che Yeh の近くです。徒歩わずか 5 分の距離です。

部屋はひどい。バスルームは数ヶ月間掃除していないようです。ただ拭くだけです。エレベーターから部屋までの廊下のカーペットは掃除されておらず、掃除機もかけられていません。全体的に滞在は最悪でした。

Swimming pool is great. My children have a pleasure holiday since this is my first time to bring my kids to Kelantan. Spacious size room. Only little problem with the parking. Space is small and only can place around 30-40 cars is not mistaken. We need to park a far because full park.

Mula-mula masuk bagi bilik 413 buka bilik ada orang. Nasib baik orang tu tak main hahaha. Kejut diorang tengok kita. Pasti bagi bilik 605 masuk bilik bunyi nangis, rupanya orang sbelah gadub ngan siapa tak tahu. Terkejut anak aku, macam-macam ayat keluar, bising, aku mintak tukar bilik, dapat la bilik 613, tandas sumbat, apa la nasib aku aritu.

Honestly, I don't think this hotel deserve a 4 star. Even 3-star hotel in Kuala Lumpur is much more better. 1. The toilet, I tell you, there were lots of small flies. There were lizard and small cockroaches. Oh and they gave us a used bath gel. It was half empty. 2. Asked for early check in, because apparently I arrived earlier than expected, they didn't let me. I even willing to pay extra and asked to talk to the manager but they refuse. I came from Kuala Lumpur, I have no where to stay. Lastly I just lepak at McDonalds beside the hotel. 3. The room is not sound proof at all, you can hear people from room beside you talking to their phones etc. 4. As we stay at Level 3 and the pool is at level 2. It is so annoying hearing kids screaming and shouting at 8am. 5. Parking space is very very limited. You can pay the reserved parking in-front of their hotel for RM20 per day but what nonsense. The parking provided for Hotel guest are limited. I came back late night and I had to park in-front of Watson. Overall, not worth it for a 4 start hotel. For the price? Okay lah. But to claim you're a 4 star hotel? Nonsense.

Nice hotel. Convenient and within walking distance to Wakaf Che Yeh.

Service A++++, hotel ni sangat dekat dengan wakaf che yeh and berhampiran dengan Watson, dobi, salon. Suka sangat!

Nice and worth staying. Bilik luas, makanan sedap.

I have to wait long queue for check in. waiting for 3 hours to get the towel after check in.

Hotel terbaik dekat dengan wakaf che yeh pasar siti khadijah bazar tok guru dan warung pak mat.. hotel bersih dan luas..staf ramah dan membantu..thank u..akan datang semula nnt..insyaAllah..

Pleasant stay at hotel and will come again

Tv not functioning well.. After 8hours at office, I need entertainment. With poor tv image, not satisfying me

A very nice hotel. My parents enjoy their stay here.
