全体的にとても良かったです。プトラジャヤ・マリオットホテルでの滞在に満足しました。朝食は種類が豊富で美味しかったです。ルームサービスも美味しかったです。ただ一つ残念だったのは、朝食時にソファにゴキブリがいたことです。それだけです。ホテルのスタッフには、この点についてもっと気を配っていただければと思います。ありがとうございました。

Great resort. Very near to IOI resort mall. Zest cafe serves a wonderful buffet breakfast.The staff at Zest Cafe are wonderful and very helpful. There are excellent facilities with clean and big swimming pool as well.

Check in process only took about 5 minutes without deposit. Room very clean, pillow are so nice, aircond are working very well except TV channel is worst. Technician came to check and no further action can be take due to TV was an old version that needs to be replace. Bath robe a bit dirty. Towel was good. Breakfast line option are awesome, staff are very polite and nice. Free Jacuzi and sauna next to Spa area. Gym equipment are function so well. Swimming pool are clean with big pool area, kids slide can consider to refurbish. Equip with indoor games like congkak, carom, table tennis, lego, cards and monopolies. There is handball sand area but need to rent a ball cost RM5. Overall I'm happy with the staycation.

Bilik luas, selesa, nyaman, rancangan TV bagus, terbaik, makan pagi banyak sangat jenis-jenisnya, layanan superb di kaunter restoran Ziest, kaunter daftar dan concierge. Pengangkutan anytime ke IOI mall, sangat-sangat bagus, driver sangat friendly n peramah, bilik gym mantop, kolam renang besar n kedalaman sesuai.

When I booked the room, I listed down special requests which no response from the hotel. Entered the room, Welcome Letter on the table obviously not welcoming at all. Stinky smell at the hotel floor lift was very distracting, my room no was 658. The parking ticket was unreadable that I have to walk & inform the guard to lift the bar. And the guard was not around that I have to search for him to open the gate. It is really not a 5 star hotel experience for me.

Bangunan lama tapi cukup terawat dan bersih.Jika ingin ke mall terdekat ada shuttle. Nyaman untuk stay tapi tidak utk yg suka jalan atau belanja.

My kids love the pool. Room is ok now that it has already been refurbished.
