The owner abandoned the hotel, and I already pay for the fee, I called the numbers they provided but the number is not in service.

Please don't come to this hotel because this hotel is not operating anymore and abandoned!

Bilik agak sempit, persekitaran agak suram, channel TV cuma 1 sahaja yang dapat.

Tempat yang tenang dan nyaman, meskipun dekat ke pusat keramaian Bukit Bintang tapi lokasinya yang terpencil jadi tidak ada keributan kendaraan. Staff yang ramah, meskipun ada masalah karena saya booking 2 kamar dengan travel agen berbeda (satu sudah dibayar satunya belum), tapi akhirnya bisa selesai dengan tuntas. Kondisi bangunan memang tidak maksimal, namun cocoklah untuk tempat istirahat nyaman dan murah meriah. Lain kali jika ingin liburan dengan budget kecil kemungkinan saya akan kesini lagi.

Hotelnya bersih nyaman, harganya hemat dikantong, dekat dengan stasiun bus dan kereta. cs nya baik dan ramah rekomended buat yang mau liburan ke malaysia nginap di sini aja

Nice place. Clean and the room quite spacious. Located in the quiet environment but still reachable access since the place quite near with Hang Tuah station. Also it support for moslem guest too since the room has the sign of Qibla. The last one, the hot water at shower consistently work 👍🏻 not like other small hotels. First time visit KL and had comfy hotel

It's my 2nd stay at this hotel. Clean and comfortable room at a very affordable price, located within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping malls in Bukit Bintang. Will surely stay here when I'm back to KL.

I was lucky the staff let me check in late night since it was hectic new year and the room also happen empty for the male dormitory. Overall it was good.

The place and rooms are clean, the bathroom is also, comfortable, close to shopping centers, friendly service, recommendations for those of you who will stay there, god willing, will stay there again if I come to kl.

Kenapa saya kena biaya tambahan ya. Per malam RM 10. Total saya 3 malam hingga kena biaya tambahan RM 30. Padahal sudah bayar di website sesuai biaya. Kecewa sih.

Lokasinya dekat dengan Jalan Alor, Bukit Bintang, Stasiun LRT Hang Tuah, memudahkan untuk kemana-mana Pelayanannya sangat baik, staffnya ramah, tempatnya nyaman dekat hotel ada mini market.

When I booked it stated that the price is included taxes but when I check-in, they requested me to pay for the services tax. They never stated parking is extra charge and will collect from you if you park your car there. A bit disappointed.
