Coverage wifi very poor... At lobby and corridor only wifi get good coverage.

Kemudahan bilik air yang tidak sempurna. Aircond yang gagal untuk dilaras dengan betul. Kipas aircond yang terlalu kuat dan menganggu tidur. Tidak selesa untuk tidur, karena bila aircond dipasang bilik jadi terlalu sejuk dan begitu juga sebaliknya.

No water heater, my baby took shower with cold water in the morning. Toiletries not complete, they didn't provide a tooth brush and tooth paste in toilet. No tissue in room. I stayed in A2503 is the highest level, but first time I entered the room so smell, maybe there's no one stay there for long time, but they should clean the room.

Bilik ok. Harga pun ok. tapi makanan dah kurang sedap. Kurang pilihan, mungkin sebab tula harga murah.

Layanan di kaunter masuk amat kurang memuaskan. Perempuan berbangsa india memakai baju pekerja hotel tidak pernah senyum melayan pelanggan dan bercakap kurang sopan. Wanita yang sama juga memarahi anak semasa meminta password wifi hotel. Tidak tahu menghormati pelanggan dan wanita tersebut perlu ditukar ke bahagian lain yang tidak berurusan dengan manusia. Dan sekaligus tidak mencemarkan nama hotel.

Pemandangan KLCC, staff yang baik, bilik bersih.

The room need to upgrade the furnitures .But overall is ok. the breakfast variety and awesome!

This hotel with reasonable price served with bath tub, and refrigerator. Very important to me with small kids and baby. Extra point on the many choices of foods during breakfast. Guarded parking is good. The only lacking is the old furniture, however it is not my priority during trip. Will come again.

Aircon bilik tak sejuk tapi lambat diambil tindakan. Laporan dari pukul 6 petang tapi pertukaran bilik hanya diputuskan jam 10 malam.

Tidur nyaman. Viewnya bagus.

Good place, clean room, big room, and cheap..

Cukup menyenangkan. Ruangan kamar yang nyaman, pelayan staf yang ramah. Menu breakfast yang memuaskan dan enak.

Spacious room & good breakfast. But can't lock the window. Its not secure to us since there have balcony connect to next room. This is 7th floor. Room near to lift.

Kali ini penginapan di KL international hotel amat tidak memuaskan, terutama berkaitan; bilik air (hanya shower sahaja berfungsi), terdapat lampu yang tidak berfungsi, sistem liff (under maintenance), bilik yang kurang enak baunya.

Love the breakfast. Old hotel but with the price and location, good deal!

Amazing stay absolutely. Room are spacious clean. Breakfast are good especially local foods.
