すべて大丈夫、部屋はきれい、バスタブがあると思って予約したのですが、バスタブがなかったようです😌😌😌

予約の際、海が見える部屋を希望したのですが、結果は市街地が見える部屋でした。朝食は非常に混雑しており、席がありませんでした。

部屋は高速道路に近すぎるため、夜には車の音が非常にはっきりと聞こえます。

とても素敵な場所です。スタッフも素敵です。 ビーチはとても美しいです。ここから日の出を眺めることができます

部屋と娯楽エリア（プールとビーチ）の状態はかなり良好です。ホテルの近くには充実したミニストアがあります。スタッフのサービスはとても良くてフレンドリーです。

ダウンタウンから少し離れているため、「旧市街」を楽しむことができません。入居者用のシャトルサービスやコンビニエンスストアの設置をお勧めします。

ちょうど良い海の景色が見える部屋を予約しました。美しい。

場所はビーチとバス停に近いですが、ここのスタッフはまるで人がいないかのようにあまりフレンドリーではなく、遠いです！室内サービスはまだ貧弱で、4つ星ホテルの基準には達していません。

汚い、スタッフもチェックイン時にあまり理解していませんでした。スタッフはスーツケースを車から降ろしたり、荷物を車に積み込んだりするのを手伝うことに消極的でした。

Inconvenience of car parking. Many was reserved. Distance to walk a distance. Not recommended.

After 3 years back again to this hotel and, still gives the same ambience. The room the staff the food and everything were all great.

Hotel yang cantik betul-betul tepi pantai. Bilik yang mewah, bersih dan banyak peralatan keperluan disediakan. Memang selesa sangat, anak-anak suka. Breakfast pun sedap. Macam-macam makanan ada sesuai untuk semua bangsa.

The linens were stained with few drops of blood and I call to housekeeping at 3pm request for a change. However no action taken. Second call make at 8pm till 10pm, I need to walk in the reception counter again to ask for a change. It 's an old building that refurnished to this new hotel. Honestly I don't think the room worth for the price of rm342 per night. Seriously disappointed and I won't visit again. Please improve on your service. The hotel downstairs is direct access to beach but the beach is so poorly maintained.

View cantik. Staff friendly. Ambil Superior Suites. Bilik/Toilet luas & bersih. Siap ada shower & bathtub. Sesuai stay dengan anak. Berbaloi stay sini 👍🏻.

Everything quite good! Room is clean. A little poor is swimming pool unable to provide towel.

Well it ' s because accidentally I click 1 person in room, then I just get 1 for breakfast. Usually even I click 1 person in room, I still get breakfast for 2 persons.

Bilik tak berapa sejuk walaupun dah panggil teknisi.

The room supposed to be a sea view but it wasn't.

The hotel is new and low density. Limited free parking but plenty paid parking bay at the building next door. The hotel room is cosy and the sea view is superb with the bench at the window. The beach is clean. The toilet tile is quite slippery, be careful especially for young kid. The lift is efficient, every trip is without a long wait including during peak hour. Overall a fantastic stay at this hotel and it will be my permanent stay for my next trips.
