Kind staff and excellent morning buffet.

帰国日の前泊にこちらを利用致しました。とても綺麗なホテルです！部屋も素敵で、癒されました。 シャワーは天井に固定されているものだけでなく、手持ちのシャワーもあり快適でした。が、一つ難点を挙げさせて頂くと、シャワーを浴びるとどう頑張ってもドアの外に水が漏れ、床がびしょびしょになります。 レストランのリゾットがとっても美味しかったです！また食べたいです！ 朝食も期待通り豪華でした。 空港までの送迎サービスは有料で、600DHでしたが、綺麗な車で時間通りに空港に着くことができ、とても安心でした！

Nice room overlooking the pool. It was very nice. Maybe a little too clean. There was a strong bleach smell. Idk if it was from the pool or the sheets, but the staff was very helpful. Great location within walking distance to local shops and eateries. Very nice hotel. I will definitely be back.

Staff was welcoming and helpful, spoke English well. Room was beautifully appointed and bed very comfortable. Recommend!

Hotel is conveniently located. Close to the old souq if you feel like going into the Bazaar. Rooms are clean and good. Good option for practicality.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff were very kind and helpful, the room was stylish and well maintained. The shower and sink were open to the bedroom, which we had no issues.

Great hotel. Rooms large and well designed. The showers are not as private as some may like. But the toilet has its own wash closet. Staff are extremely helpful and they are very knowledgeable. Taxis usually in front of the hotel and rides to most sights are close

Terrible experience! The room was in poor condition, broken fixtures, unclean bathroom, and generally shabby throughout. Furniture was scratched and worn, and the hallway carpets were dirty and heavily stained. One hand towel and one shower towel for two people, etc, etc. Completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be five stars.

Ho prenotato 7 camere e ricevuto un email alle 17:14 del giorno del check in l’indisponibilita’ delle room gia’ pagate da circa 2 settimane per oroblemi tecnici…. Mi hanno comunicato che dovevamo dormire il KENZI HOTEL, senza chiedermi se ero d’accirdo… quindi significa Mandatory… non credo che sia stato gestito Con professionita’ anche perché il servizio e le camere al kenzi sono pessimi

Hôtel situé au centre de différents points d’intérêt. L’hôtel est propre et la terrasse près de la piscine est agréable après une journée à explorer la ville. L’apparence de la chambre est idéale pour les couples : douches et lavabo donnant sur la chambre. En bref, parfait pour un court séjour.
