空港行きのタクシーを、ホテルの従業員が手配してくれた。空港までの料金はヒィクスで300DHMと伝えられたが、タクシーの運転手が国内線のターミナルなら300だが、国際線ターミナルならもっと払えと言ってきた。 このホテルは一応高級ホテルなのでタクシーも選ぶべきだ。

帰国日の前泊にこちらを利用致しました。とても綺麗なホテルです！部屋も素敵で、癒されました。 シャワーは天井に固定されているものだけでなく、手持ちのシャワーもあり快適でした。が、一つ難点を挙げさせて頂くと、シャワーを浴びるとどう頑張ってもドアの外に水が漏れ、床がびしょびしょになります。 レストランのリゾットがとっても美味しかったです！また食べたいです！ 朝食も期待通り豪華でした。 空港までの送迎サービスは有料で、600DHでしたが、綺麗な車で時間通りに空港に着くことができ、とても安心でした！

Room was for clean and roomy

2 ting vi reagerte på under vårt opphold var følgende. 1. Svømmebasseng. Vi benyttet oss av den 2 ganger. Og hver gang vi kom opp fikk vi beskjed fra de ansatte at det var reservert for pool party organisert av noen andre. De fleste stolene var satt av for den bookingen. Så vi endte opp med dele 2 solsenger på 3 personer. I tillegg fikk vi beskjed om at vi kunne bruke bassenget i 2 timer ettersom poolparty gjestene skulle komme om 2 timer ca. Tenker dette er noe burde være kommunisert med gjestene på hotellet og ikke annonsere for bassenget til hotell gjester hvis de ofte har pool party for andre aktører som gjør det vanskelig for hotell gjestene å benytte seg av fasiliteter. 2.

I travel at least four times a year, so I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years. I can honestly say that the service I received at Barceló was truly above and beyond anything I expected. When I checked in, I mentioned to Ahmed at the front desk that it was my birthday. From that moment on, he made me feel like a queen for the rest of my stay. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made my birthday incredibly special. The outstanding service didn’t stop there. When I called room service for assistance, the team went out of their way to help and really thought outside the box. Osama was especially kind and even brought me almonds without me asking. It’s the little touches like these that make all the difference. Every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. Customer service is clearly a top priority at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, the pool area was beautifully maintained and well organized, and I loved using the gym every day. My experience was so exceptional that I actually changed the rest of my travel plans and stayed with Barceló instead of moving to other hotels I had booked. Thanks to Ahmed and the incredible team, Barceló has become my new hotel chain of choice. Thank you for making my birthday unforgettable. I can’t wait to come back! Thank you Michele

So glad we chose this Hotel!! Stay we’re so kind. So helpful. Made our week long trip amazing. Hotel is big and beautiful. Even though it is aged, it is super clean and classy.

Nice hotel but sadly the service was poor mini fridge in room was not working even tho we was told someone would sort it - breakfast very poor service the staff lacked attentive service food and drinks not regularly refilled
