部屋は狭いですが良いホテルでした。しかし、小さい中庭に開く窓が１つだけで、部屋から街が見たい方は問い合わせをした方が良いと思います。

一般の集合住宅の2階をB&Bに改装。 設備は新しいとは言えないが、メンテナンスが十分行われており、不便はなかった。

alishelさんがとても親切にしてくれました。夜、部屋の扉が開かなったとき、すぐ助けてくれました。部屋は清潔で、ぐっすりと眠ることができました。朝食は自分で選んでとって食べる形式で、自分の好きなものを食べれるのでよかったです。立地はとても素晴らしく、ガウディ建築を見に行くならとても良い場所にあります。１点文句を言うとすれば、最初来た時に入り口がわかりにくかったことです。全体としては素晴らしく、良いバルセロナ旅行になりました。ありがとうございました。

El elevador se sintio como si estuviéramos a principios del siglo XX, me encantó

It is centrally located and a no frills accommodations. The waterfall shower as an amazing end of day treat. The only critique is getting only 1 pillow and no airflow which made it a little stuffy and difficult to sleep.

It was near a lot of restaurants shopping areas and it was perfect distance to the sagrada family casa Batlló and la Pedrera

This is not a hotel. It is a room in an apartment. The room was very tiny, it smelt of damp and there are no windows. There is a door that leads to an ‘outdoor’ area but there’s no working lights so it’s complete darkness if you want it open at night. There’s only staff between 8-4pm which is really inconvenient and loses its ‘hotel’ feel. You can only leave bags until 3pm despite the listing saying there is luggage storage. The staff weren’t knowledgable of any local luggage storage options - would recommend perfect lockers at Sagrada Família as it’s cheap and secure rather than just leaving ur bags on the ground. I’m extremely glad I didn’t have to stay here for more than 2 nights as I’d have been even more disappointed. We were given dirty towels and as there’s no reception this couldn’t be fixed when I noticed after my 6pm shower. On the second day, we were not given any new hand towels and our used hand towel were taken away. The bedding was also not changed or made as you’d expect from a hotel. None of the room was cleaned except for giving new dirty bath towels. I was woken by construction on both days as well so again not very pleasant. If you’re looking for a budget stay - it’s ok. Just don’t expect much. Transport was about a five ish min walk away but not a great connected line - you’d likely have to change to get to where you want to go. Not much going on within the local area so you’ll have to walk elsewhere. Definitely would not stay here again

The staff was great! The neighborhood is nice and quiet in the morning. After 9 am or so, the city starts to awaken. In the early evening it truly comes to life. There are couples and friends out for a bite or a drink, or both during the evening hours. Many people in Barcelona smoke. So be prepared for that outside at the tables on the streets. It’s not a problem indoors. The elevator in the hotel was not in service. This was a problem for my brother who has mobility issues. Fortunately, the hotel is only one floor up from the street. We loved the little balcony with a table and chairs. We ate our dinners out there (sandwiches and chips). Our room room key stopped working on our second evening, but someone came within 20 minutes to fix the issue so that we could go out for a drink and a snack. There are shops, restaurants and little markets everywhere. We recognized Lidl and Aldi, but there are other slightly larger markets as well. They are all listed as “supermarkets,” but be aware they are not super-sized. Perhaps they mean super in terms of quality. (You can judge the quality for yourself.) Public toilets are hard to find in most parts of the city, but most restaurants have clean toilets for customers. Bring some toilet paper with you. Some places lack it. The toilet in our room was very nice. Showers in Europe typically are not completely enclosed. Just take care where you aim the water.

Stuff were pretty lengthy but accessible in car not walking

Nos alojamos un finde semana y quedamos muy contentos con el servicio y personal muy atento. La habitación estaba limpia y cómoda. El personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La ubicación cercana a metro y bien comunicada. Sin duda lo recomendaría y volvería en el futuro.

The building does not have any signage of the hotel, and the phone provided was from a different location. Initially they could not answer in English, I had to ask a random person in the street to communicate in Spanish . It would be useful to provide specific check in instructions with accurate pictures to be able to find it.

Avoid this property if you expect a legitimate hotel experience, basic cleanliness, or any form of customer care. Below is my detailed explanation. 1. Not a hotel. Upon arrival, I found a regular apartment building with an old “Hotel” sign, no reception, no staff, and no customer service. Access relied on a code hidden in an email; this felt more like an unmanaged Airbnb than a hotel rated above 8 points. 2. Serious privacy concerns. On the first floor, a wall-mounted lockbox contained multiple keys openly labeled with guest names and room numbers. This is a direct breach of privacy and completely unacceptable for any accommodation claiming to operate as a hotel. 3. Cleanliness far below hotel standards. When I opened the flat door, I encountered a cockroach—a clear sign of poor hygiene. The room showed heavy wear, lack of maintenance, and insufficient cleaning. No guest should have to question the sanitary conditions of a room they are expected to sleep in. 4. Misleading and unaccountable. This place is listed and priced as a hotel, but the reality does not match the listing. I reported everything to Hotels.com immediately and informed them I would not stay. Despite this, the property refused any refund or responsibility. In conclusion, this is essentially a shared flat marketed as a hotel, offering none of the standards travelers reasonably expect. I strongly advise avoiding it if you expect a real hotel experience.

Terrible room, broken shower, the AC barely worked, had to put for hours in the lowest setting to make the room (no windows) barely comfortable at night.
