夜に騒音が多いこのを除けば、観光にはスゴくよい場所です。写真ほどはきれいではないですし、部屋は狭いですが、可かとおもいます

スタッフも親切で、部屋も清潔でとても良かったです。洗濯機と冷蔵庫は無いので注意が必要です。

スタッフが良かったです。イベリア航空がロストバゲージしたことを心配してくれました。もちろん場所も最高です。スーツケースが無いのにたくさん買い物してしまいました。

O quarto era muito bom, o hotel fica ao lado da rua principal de Madri, fica perto de todos os transportes.

Excelente ubicación, muy serca de la estación del metro de Gran Vía y literalmente a pie tienes acceso a todo. En cuanto a el personal de día (Susan) muy amable, dio todas las indicaciones para el ingreso al edificio y al área de habitaciones, también asistió en cómo llegar a diferentes destinos turísticos, la persona que está en el turno de noche le hace falta atención al cliente. La habitación muy limpia, el personal de mantenimiento es muy responsable y eficaz.

Muy buena localizacion... ya requieres unas renovaciones... el edificio es antiguo y las habitaciones tienen piso tipo duela que se estan levantando

Very noisy at night. Didn’t feel safe at night given all the movement (prostitutes) on the street where the property is located. It’s close to Gran Vía metro station but I won’t recommend to stay there.

Excellent location right next to Gran Via metro. Loads of restaurants and shops within a minute walk.

Céntrico el problema es afuera, prostitutas, hubo una riña y demasiada bulla. Todo lo otro excelente.

Stayed here because plans changed last minute and there wasn’t much available. Great location but the street is seedy (though this isn’t the hotels fault) with some unsavoury people. Also it’s very noisy; you’ll hear everything outside and from the rooms next door. It was hard to sleep. No safe or fridge in the room, nowhere to unpack (just a few hangers), and the advertised balcony was completely unusable as it housed the air conditioning fan. Very clean though and nice staff. Just felt overpriced for what you get.

The location is perfect for first timers to Madrid like me. Close to Metro and main bus lines, dining and shopping!

Super buena ubicación , el cuarto super pequeño pero para dormir esta bien lo único malo es que el aire acondicionado estaba en el balcón y no se podía disfrutar , pero la verdad muy buen hostal , no se comparte baño , todo muy muy bien
