ホテルの数がそもそも少ないエリアですので、選択の余地がない部分もあることを考えると、申し分ないと思います。ホテルは新しくはないですが、十分に手入れされていて、掃除も綺麗に行われていると思います。バスアメニティや朝食の内容など、若干、値段と見合わないと感じました。朝食は、典型的な英国の朝食ではありますが、塩味が強くて、もう少し野菜が多くあってもよいと思い巻いた。

Staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was incredibly clean and so comfortable, and the restaurant was delicious! Perfect stay!

Hotel was on the quay and is a Pub with rooms. Room we had was a family room so more spacious. Dinner was good and well priced. Kirkwall is a small town so you are near everything from this location.

Very clean. Good food and service. Extremely convenient with regards to getting on and off the ferry. Town was very quaint

The Ferry Inn is a combination hotel/pub with breakfast included on our booking. We ate dinner both nights in the pub restaurant. The food was good & they had several choices for each course. The location was excellent for the Scrabaster/Stromness ferry & it was easy to navigate to Kirkwall & all the sights.

Nice room, loved the custard cream biscuits. Overall very comfortable bed, clean and well presented. I would suggest blackout curtains might work better. Food and was lovely, restaurant gets busy so reservation was required, but would recommend it. Staff were nice and attentive.

Easy access from the ferry terminal and a great bar. Shout out to Euan/Ewan for his excellent whisky and gin recommendations. Bedroom was spacious and comfortable with a view of the harbour. Dinner needs to be booked in advance and is really good quality, top marks to the Chef. Buffet breakfast a little cold, which was a shame as the produce delicious.

Perfect location for hoping around the island. Right off the ferry stop.

The room and location were great and the breakfast was absolutely Devine! The only “negative “ comment is that the shower floor was slippery with no mat or strips on the shower floor to keep you from potentially slipping. Loved everything about this place in terms of our needs as was right across the street from the ferry terminal. No elevators to second floor so be forewarned if you are elderly this might be a negative, but for these two older ladies, we loved the staff and the place.

Such a great stay on Orkney! Staff was proactive and so welcoming. We’d recommend Ferry Inn to anyone looking to visit Orkney.

Enjoyed my stay. It was fireworks night and I could see the harbour display from my room window. The room was clean and the bed was a decent size for a single. The food was really good too.

A really great position on the harbour directly opposite the ferry. Our hosts were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the islands and attractions.

A character property and right in the heart of the town. The eating area of the bar was nice and interestingly decorated giving the whole place true character.

We were meeting friends from Hoy and booked an overnight stay- our room was spotless, clearly recently refurbished and so comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and food was enjoyable too! Would highly recommend

Clean, modern and comfortable room. Great pub, restaurant was limited in choice and food quality did not match the prices. Good breakfast though. There are very few other dining options nearby. No on-site parking but we were able to park mostly for free on the streets or nearby parking lots.
