いつもスタッフさんが優しくてフレンドリーで、親しみのあるホテルです。ベッドが広くシャワールームも快適です。朝食が充実していてコスパが良く、今後も利用したいホテルです。

いつもスタッフの方々が親切で、コミュニケーションが楽しみの一つです。部屋の清掃が行き届き、ベットは快適で心地よく滞在できます。

We stayed for a couple of nights and chose Tulse Hill Hotel because it had parking. Check in was straight forward in the bar area. The air con in the room was AMAZING (we stayed during the heatwave). Room was a good size and the bed was really comfortable. Really clean and the decor had some character rather than all modern items. The hotel is situated in a busy junction and we could hear the traffic but not to the extent that it caused a problem or disturbance to sleep. Good transport links with bus stops and station close by. We were attending an event at Crystal Palace Park and it was easy to get to and from. We had breakfast at the pub one morning (an extra) and it was really good and reasonably priced. There was an area to sit outside and, again very close to the junction but it really wasn’t a noise problem at all. We’d definitely stay there again and recommend it. Thanks for a great stay!

The bathroom sink was extremely slow to drain. The shampoo holder was broken and laying in the tub. The windows had cobwebs. We were given 2 towels for 4 people and treated like it was too much to ask for 2 more. We pulled out the sofa bed for the kids and there was a dirty comforter on it and no sheets. Again, treated like it was too much to ask for linen. And yes, I booked the room for 2 adults and 2 kids. The coffee maker didn’t work. The Sunday Roast in the pub had clearly been sitting for a long time. Several menu items weren’t available.

The staff were friendly and attentive. Ok so the room had signs of wear but I was expecting that but overall clean and well kept, the bed linen was clean and the bathroom was well kept, I would recommend this little gem of a place and I look to return in future

We arrived at the hotel early so left our case with the staff as we were going to our daughter’s birthday party. Arrived back at the hotel at about 9.30p.m to be taken to our room. I was shocked it was the smallest room and as I’d paid £232 plus £50 deposit for the largest room. When we went down to breakfast the next morning I spoke to a lady there and she said that the rooms had got mixed up. Then we were informed that the kitchen was closed for breakfast as they were waiting for an engineer!!

Room was clean and facilities good. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was cooked. I would have preferred some continental breakfast options ie cereal etc. We booked the hotel because of the parking and it was available. Only issue being the car park is not clearly signed and we drove past it on a very busy road which made our arrival rather stressful. Better signage would be helpful.

Overpriced, forgot to make room, mushrooms tasted like soap. A fabulous weekend.

The good: the staff were so friendly, the food we tried which was snacks and starters was delicious. The bad: the room felt like it was halfway through a maintenance job - both shelves were missing from the bathroom, wall fixings still attached. The missing shelves were spootted stored under the sink. The housekeeping was lacking with marks on the bathroom floor and the vent on the aircon was seriously dusty. Would definitely come back for drinks and dinner but would be cautious about staying again.

Very nice room. Good breakfeast, - yet placed in the pub area!!! Technical delays at Checkin and out.

Had a decent cooked breakfast; disappointed to find out after check out that our deposit was refunded less a charge for £4 , which we assume was for the orange juice we asked for at (the pre booked) breakfast!!!

Incredible vibes and a lovely pub, too. A great place to stay, and so close to the ThamesLink.

The hotel is set above a beautiful bar. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the room was warm and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and I really enjoyed my morning shower

Parking behind the hotel made it super easy to get in and out when renting a car. Yummy food as well in the restaurant / bar. Staff was very helpful and accomodating.

We were told we had been upgraded on arrival and went to our room to find two bags of crisps and two cans of drink with the tea and coffee. There were no visible signs to indicate these came at an extra charge so assumed they were complementary with the upgrade. After checking out an extra charge was put on my card and I was told it was for these items. Really disappointed with this as it was very misleading. I was told a price list was included in the basket, there was none as we specifically checked just in case. After explaining the circumstances and requesting a refund I received a very brusque reply saying there would be none. A shame as we would have returned otherwise.

It was ok, wasn’t bad, but wasn’t a place I would rave about. I chose it because it had parking (a rarity in London) and because of that it was easier to overlook the revamp that the hotel seriously needs. The staff were very friendly, but obviously overworked and understaffed so service was very slow. We were only there one night for a concert, so it wasn’t a big deal - however I would of been upset if I was there for longer.

The hotel is in need of refurbishment, choise of food for dinner was limited but food was satisfactory. It was a noisy situation with a lot of passing traffic.
