レンタカーで動く人は、部屋の近くに駐車させてもらえるからいいです。 室内も清潔。 ランドリーを使う時の代金が25セント硬貨しか使えないのでチェックインの時に両替しておくといい。

スタッフがフレンドリーで、色々な情報(観光地、グルメ)などを与えてくれた。空港やダウンタウンから近く便利だった。何よりゆっくりとまったりと過ごすことができたのがよい。

スタッフの対応が良かった

自然に囲まれた素晴らしいロケーションの中、ローカルのように過ごせました。設備も申し分なく、またスタッフさんの対応や配慮も良くて快適に過ごせました。日本語が話せるスタッフもいて安心しました。 閑静な立地なので夜の10時以降は静かにしなければいけない点はご注意が必要です。 また是非利用させて頂きたいと思っています。

After 7pm Front desk close. We had problems so called them but no answer. So we had figured it out ourself, so it was inconvenience.

Our room had a coffee pot and filters but no coffee. No facial tissue. Limited seating other than beds. Staff was wonderful. Outdoor space had a lot to offer.

The staff was concerned with us getting there before 8pm. We hurried to get there and did not stop for dinner. We arrived to check in at 5pm and the staff seemed eager to show us our rental and get out of there (we were the last and maybe only ones to check in that day). There was a living room but there were beds in it. The shower was challenging to figure out how to use. It had two handles (neither were marked) which seemed to produce cold water no matter how I turned the handles! On the second day, the bananas that we had bought at the grocery store the day before had ants all over them and the kitchen table. Overall experience was not great especially for the price.

We really enjoyed our stay, everything was so comfortable. It was spacious, clean, we found the kitchenette useful, well stocked, great to prep meals to save money. Location is my favorite part of Hilo.

Noisy No insulation between the rooms. Carpet and mattresses old! The check in clerk saw us arriving and put up a 20 minute wait announcement. Don’t waste $$$ staying there!
