Basic, fine for a night. No luxury/comfort. Room- bathroom lacked shampoo, etc. One pillow, and bedding not great. Breakfast - very basic. Communication before we arrived was super helpful as we were arriving late but little interaction when there even when trying to hand key back in. Beautiful view of glacier.

Perfect lodging for aurora viewing. You have the glacier just across the field. We got a message from the reception that there wasn't going to be anyone at the desk upon our arrival (a little offputting but it resulted to be ok after all) the breakfast was good. I would recomend this place 100%

Off the beaten path and quant little hotel. Hot tubs were a fun addition.

We enjoyed staying here. Staff were nice. Breakfast was good. They had thermal hot springs associated with the hotel that were fun to use, which was nice.

We saw northern lights from the road. The room was spacious. The drain wasn’t great, the TV didn’t work and there was no hear, it was really cold. The location was magnificent!

Nice clean property- breakfast was acceptable- not good but acceptable- glacier view was beautiful- fire alarms at 2 AM really affected sleep but you can't make people behave

Absolutely surprised by this accommodation! One of the cheapest but one of the best we stayed in!

The property was really nice and located right by the Glacier. Please be aware of the geothermal pool hours as they do have operating hours which you can find on Google. The tubs closed at 9:30p and we were disappointed since it’s not clear on any website what those are unless you specifically find it on Google. Staff was friendly and breakfast good. Great views.

Nous avions une chambre avec 3 lits. Elle était très grande et propre. Nous avons pu nourrir les chevaux.

Cetais fermer avant 15h je devais attendre dehors . Aucun reponse de mes messages avant de men venir. Faux publiciter de spa. Le spa fallais marcher un 500 mètres. Cetais humide la chambre il y avait pas de ventilation terrible!

Small b&b kind of in the middle of nowhere with a great view of the glaciers outflow area. Rooms were nice, clean, and had great blackout curtains. The breakfast was good. Staff friendly. There’s horses and sheep in the property next door so it was neat to watch them

Simpel en net hotel. Waardeloze service en het ontbijt is minimaal (wit brood met kaas/worst of jam). Alles is zeer gehorig.

Hotel is a gem in the middle of nowhere. Amazing view of the Glacier and an evening relaxing in the hot spring with a glass wine was just perfection. Easy hike to edge of hotel. Hostess was very gracious and helpful. Breakfast simple but tasty, coffee awesome.

The setting is what makes this property exceptional, as it provides a perfect, close view of the nearby glacier, with Icelandic horses in the foreground--absolute epic!

Wonderful hotel, our best experience in Iceland. The rooms were clean, warm and spacious, the view from the room was spectacular. Make sure you use the hot tubs, we used them on our last day in Iceland in the early morning, and that was our most memorable experience.
