駐車場無料で市内観光の時は無料配布されているトラムのチケットが利用でき、チェックアウト後も駐車場は利用させてもらえた。キッチンは綺麗に清掃されており快適に料理出来た。 部屋は狭く、バスルームは少々古ぼけた感じ。 これはホステル側の責任ではないが、私の宿泊時、同室に夕方でも朝方でも起きている時は常に飲酒している人がいて、喫煙習慣もある人らしく酒と喫煙者のにおいが漂っていた。別に酔って人に絡んだりする人ではなくごく当たり前の挨拶や世間話はするひとだったのがせめてもの救いだった。

Simple et parfait pour visiter la ville. Confortable et accueillant. La dame a l’accueil a été très aidante lorsque j’ai eu un enjeu de santé. Merci!

Nice view by the lake, they have a small restaurant onsite, but you have to dinning there to sit there

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. My stay came with free wifi and bus passes. It's out of the way, but it was great for the price!

Love this hostel. Staff is amazing and location is pretty cool. Lots of different room options and prices are good. I’d recommend this one if you are in the area.

Bellpark hostel was friendly and clean. The common rooms is large and you can get to know other travelers or grab a table for yourself. Food in Switzerland can be expensive but Bellpark is right across from a discount supermarket. It was great to have access to a full kitchen to cook a meal (even if the stove is a little old). Bellpark was really easy to get to. From the main train station, I took the #1 bus, which runs about every 10 minutes. Bellpark has free luggage lockers so you can leave your bag after checking out. I was on a week-long course in Kriens and Bellpark hostel was the perfect place to stay.

This hostel is very close to the bus stop, the kitchen is very convenient to use. Across the street there is a supermarket. The hostel has a place to leave luggage. Also they offer breakfast but since there is a kitchen and a store close by I find it cheaper to use the facilities they offer The staff is very friendly

The room Hotels.com claimed we were being rented wasn't what we got; that one cost [redacted] more (which we paid). The wifi didn't work. The room had no fridge (different than what Hotels claimed). When we found BLOOD ON THE BLANKET, we left. I wish the Health Department would shut this place down. I wish Hotels.com was able to check who wrote reviews, obviously this wasn't 8.0!! I wish I had my money back.

Shower was broken and barely standing

Very friendly and helpful staff! Price is absolut fair for the Service!

Our room was located on a very busy street, so if you are a light sleeper, you will have issues. You hear cars and people shouting in the middle of the night. The room is very old and stuffy so windows need to be opened to be ventilated. The room is big but it's in bad shape. The hallways and shower facility is so compact and no ventilation. Lack of lightening everywhere. There are better areas to stay than this hostel. One of the worst in Luzern sadly

You get what you pay for. Cheaper than staying in Lucerne and only a 15 minute bus into the city. Bus station is 2 minutes away. Convenient.

Good location. Near to bus stop and supermarkets. Can use the kitchen facilities.

It’s good to cook your meal by yourself. The only problem is that the hot water for shower is not enough for all guests .
