A very good place to stay for the price

Lovely clean room and bathroom. Sea view with tea and coffee .

Wenn es heißt, dass Parkplätze inbegriffen sind, dann gehe ich davon aus, dass die Unterkunft welche zur Verfügung stellt. Stattdessen muss man sich einen am Straßenrand (welcher oft sehr voll ist) suchen oder man stellt sich auf dem weiter oben befindlichen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz. Ich wurde einen Tag vorher gebeten meine Nummer zu schicken, damit ich alle Details für den Check-in zugesendet bekomme. Aber selbst am nächsten Tag gegen Abend hatte ich noch keine Nachricht erhalten und musste anrufen. Leider gab es keinen einzigen Stuhl oder sonstige Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer und die Toilette war undicht. Auf jeden Fall zu teuer für das was einem geboten wird.

Hotel is great. Room is big and spacious with a beautiful sea view. Everything is great for the price, only negative is the size of the shower cubicle, it’s quite small and a struggle if you’re on the bigger side. But I would definitely stay again.

Had one night stay lovely fabric condition on the towels all very nice fabulous cafe opposite the hotel if can suggestion would be a small fridge would be great to keep drinks and milk cold Sue x

A great place to stay in Lowestoft. Excellent value for money. We had the Deluxe room and it was worth every penny. Spacious, comfortable bed, super clean bathroom, tea and coffee. I am a well travelled person and this was super comfortable. The view was amazing, breakfast over the road and free on-road parking. Perfect. The hosts were super kind to make us comfortable with check in and out. A lovely visit to Lowestoft.

As I've already said. An amazing welcome. Will stay here again.

Great communication with hosts, En-suite toiletries were quite frugal

Got a message early in the day with a code to access key safe for keys to my room.

Great room, very clean and the view was spectacular. Only downside was TV signal kept dropping.

It needs to be pointed out to potential visitors that there is no lift within the building so disabled people and those with heavy luggage will have difficulty accessing the rooms above the ground floor.

Liked the key entry idea but it could have been better if the light was on earlier had to use phone torch to see the numbers the room was just right and it was very clean overall a good stay

Kettle was powdery dusty white , very hot, few bites

Really late booking but very reasonable price for one night stay. Beautifully clean.
