Excelent stay. We loved everything!

Incrivel este hotel, praia maravilhosa, piscinas enormes, café da manhã sensacional, equipe educada e prestativa, ideal para grupos.

The front desk did not relay a lot of information when we got to the hotel. We did not know to make a reservation at soon as we got there. Not a good description of how to access lunch, and was not told needed swim caps for pool. This could be the custom, but we are not used to it and so we didn’t know.

The bungalows need a bit of updating but the rest of the complex was really good. Very busy at weekends with day guests but weekdays are calm.

Petit déjeuner varié et très bon. Chambre propre et fonctionnelle. Restaurant très bon aussi. Dommage que l’accès à la piscine soit limité sur la journée entre 9h30 et 17h. Je recommande cet établissement.

Everything about La Marsa Vacances was wonderful. Beautiful place, lovely staff, great activities available. We would have liked to know ahead of time how far it was from town though. We spent a fair amount of time waiting for unreliable buses. But everything else made it a very good stay.

Ein sehr schöner Ort mit vielen Möglichkeiten (Pool, Tennisplatz, Kids Corner) Leider war der Zugang zum Meer nicht möglich, da dort Renovationsarbeiten am Laufen sind. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und vielfältig. Die Bungalows sind für Familien sehr empfehlenswert.

Bellissima struttura. Personale molto gentile e professionale. Colazione ottima ed abbondante. Le uniche note negative sono state il materasso che si è deformato e non era molto comodo, ed inoltre quando ha piovuto ci sono state delle infiltrazioni di acqua nel muro al punto di gocciolare fortunatamente sul lato opposto del letto. Consiglierei inoltre di iniziare le manutenzioni solo dopo la fine della stagione e non quando sono ancora presenti gli ospiti

This place is a slice of heaven. You can walk to beaches or town or just stay in this paradise. Water is unreal.

Terrible place. The photos are misleading. Beach closes at 7pm as does access to and food or drink. Neither of these are noted when you book. Walk to the nearest dining place is 40 minutes on unsafe and unlit roads - think again before booking

Great place for a sea vacation, with it’s private platform for sea access and sunbeds. 20 mins walking distance to Mondello beach and an hour by public transport to Palermo. We only had one problem during our stay. The electricity of the entire facility went out on our last night, right after midnight, and there was no electricity or hot water until 07:30. Since we could not charge our devices before check out, we asked for a late check out and they gave us an additional hour. Nevertheless, overall experience was good.

The communication from the reception was one of the most worst experiences I ever had. No service at all, I don’t even know what to write, so bad! In the night you can also find naked drunk men yelling at you. The hotel couldn’t care less.

The property entrance side leave muchto be desired, but once you're inside it fantastic views, water access, pool and tennis courts!
