清潔な客室で安心して滞在できました。

施設は清潔で、スタッフも親切だった。 ディナーも美味しい。空港シャトルバスがあったのも便利だった。

リゾート感覚のあるホテルで、過ごし良かった。 ただ、日本から行くのには、乗継などが有り苦労したのと同時に復路便のエアーインディアがスケジュール変更があり、ムンバイで乗り継ぎが出来ない事が依頼した旅行社より連絡が有り、早々に代替え便などの対処を頂いたので、旅行社の方のプロ意識に感謝してます。

The entire staff strength were very professional. Priyanshu, Yogitha, Simran, Hanumanth are all excellent staff. They took care personally well. It was like staying at home.

Rooms given was not as per the specs provided.as the hotel was fully booked for weekend they managed us to accomodate as we arrived at midnight. Bathroom scutters were full of fungus however all 3 rooms were changed the next day but my vacation was not at peace. second day also 1 of the room aircon had issues which was rectified by the technician All staff are very polite and helpfull

What can I say! Me and my family stayed there for 4 nights and it was honestly the best time we have had in a long time! There is no words to describe the level of care all the staff members go too to make you’re stay comfortable! There’s so many people to shout out from front office anirudh to the service team shoutout Jay and to the outdoor people shout out to Shahruk! Everyone made us feel so at home and made this a very enjoyable stay! Like I said you words aren't enough to describe the level of customer service! Thank you all!!!

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was a nice experience

I would high recommended the facilities to develop the outside space and incorporate a walking/running/cycling trails. The location is beautiful and guests can benefit from being able to access the woodland surroundings for wellness.

It would be wonderful if the hotel would have a larger outside space. For example woodland/outside space for walking/running/cycling trail within the compound facilities. This addition would encourage guests to use and see more of the wonderful surroundings in safety. One of the hidden treasures of the facilities is the spa, and I would highly recommend a visit and offers to guests and visitors.

Everyone was friendly and take care of us. Roomservice is very good. They bring us everything we wish. One from the personal named Chandan was very nice and even know what we want to drink in the morning. Thank you for the good service Chandan and for the nice time at the DoubleTree Hotel.

Staff was very kind and welcoming. Our room had a leak and water flooded under the beds when we took a shower. The staff was courteous and gave a different room as soon as possible. The rooms are nice and beds are fantastic. The furnishings in the rooms had some broken doors. The breakfast buffet was great with delicious options. The spa massage services were okay but the pool is great with a brilliant view. The neighborhood is a quite remote, not many food options within walking distance and the roads leading to the hotel are a bit dirty.

Hotel was good, food good and all staff were excellent...service and helpfulness second to none. Would highly recommend staying at this Hotel.

I booked 2 rooms for the purpose of the pool. Upon arrival they told us the pool was reserved the next day from 8am-4pm for a wedding. That was the only day we had to use the pool as we were checking out the the day after. The hotel is remotely located not walking distance to any shops or restaurants.

First impression was good. Got their favorit cookie and the staff were very polite.Room looked as well fine. Next day we wanted to relax at the pool which looked nice on the pictures. In the morning there were a croud with young people moustly with their t -shirts on and the pool was quite small.Later we got a chair but swimming was not so pleasant , as it stinked at the far end. after pool we discovered that cloth dryer on balcony was so rusty that we hardly could open it.After pool I wanted to enjoy a cup nof cofee in loby bar - I ordered a double expresso and it was horrible - either machine was broken or cofee beans were of the low quality (there was not even foam on it ) , price for it was same as in good caffees in London or Paris.But the worst was our check-out eaxperience. We ordered on internet licensed taxi as ride was quite long and we planned it before comming to hotel. They did not let it in and I figured it out later that receptionist (male) was probably having some commission from taxi orders. He told me its a taxi trade union of the village or the street that has exclusive rights to serve the hotel (sounds like a lie ). So we ended up to take our luggade and after 1,5 hours waiting take it out of hotels territory so the taxi can pick us up !!! Its a shame that staff has to make extra income in such a hotel .While waiting in reception I also noticed plenty of spider nets hanging over our heads in tower (there were plenty of them on balcony as well ).
