立地は良く、バスルームも良かったのですが、滞在中に部屋のドアの鍵が開かなくなり、エアコンから水漏れが発生しました。常駐スタッフがいないシステムのため、問題の解決にはかなり時間がかかりました。しかし、一度解決してしまえば、問題ありませんでした。

3泊分の料金でホテルを予約し、2泊滞在した後、清掃をお願いしました。ところが、ホテル側は4日に1回しか清掃しないと言っていました。4日に1回清掃しないと、部屋がどれほど汚くなるか想像してみてください！ その間、清掃員が他の部屋を掃除しているのを見かけたのですが、私の部屋は4泊分の清掃はしてくれないと言われました。

とても良いのですが、チェックイン時に宿泊施設に連絡する方法について詳しく説明していただけると嬉しいです。あまり詳しい説明がありませんでした。

Overall the stay & room was great. But here's some pointers: Room is quite big for one but would suffice for 2 max.:) Had difficulty trying to locate the place as I didn't know it was just a small gate since there's no reception. Called multiple times to the hotel number before they pick up and told me to contact via line for the entrance password. Customer service is not well done and could be improved with a pre stay instructions as not everyone will be familiar. Location is not that near to Taipei Main station and it takes about 7 mins walk to the nearest bus stop to head to the city areas. Room is not soundproof, could hear loud noises from inconsiderate neighbors. Oh, check in strictly 4pm, inflexible but you can store your luggage at the open area inside
