私は長期滞在(4週間)の為、滞在費を節約する必要がありました。なので、安く、綺麗で利便性の良いホテルを探しました。このホテルはできて2年くらい、最寄り駅から近くその割に値段は格安です。タイムズスクエアまで駅から15分で着きます。ただ土日は最寄りのメトロが動いて居ない時があるので、隣の駅のクイーンズボロプラザ駅を使う必要があります。歩いて10分かかりません。GoogleMAPで現在地から行き先をいれ検索すれば、その日のメトロの動きが分かります。MTAのアプリもありますがあまり当てになりません。ホテルについてですが、チェックイン時、私はNYが久しぶりで英語がほとんど分からない状態でした。フロントの女性は私が英語が分からない事にイライラしてる様でした。クレジットカードがホテルの機械に反応しなかった事も拍車をかけ、舌打ち、机を叩く等されました。私は10年前に3ヶ月NYにアメリカ人とルームシェアしてた事もあるので、そういった対応をされる事に慣れていましたが、初めて来る人にはキツイかもしれません。

アメリカなので期待してはいけないと思いつつの、愛想なしの普通の対応です。ただ、人にもよるのか、シャワーの温度が上がらず電話でどうしたら良いかたずねると、男性の方でしたが、15分くらい出しっぱなしにすると温まりますよー。と教えてくれました。何だそれ？と思いながらも、それでもダメだったら教えてね！と。最初に教えててくれればよかったのに〜とも思いますが、優しく教えてくれたので良しとします。周りには、ホテルは多いのですが、食事をしようと思うと選べないくらいの数のお店しかありませんので、マンハッタンまで出かけることになると思います。

少し辺鄙な場所にありますが、近くに地下鉄の駅が2箇所程あるので、15分程マンハッタンにアクセス出来るのが良いです。備品の補給には少々問題があって、日によってコーヒーを補給しなかったり、シャンプー、コンディショナーの補給が無かったりしました。簡易的な朝食もあったので、価格も安いところをオススメします。

新しいホテルなので清潔ですが、駅の近くまで行かないと何もない場所です。地下鉄の音が（地上を走っている電車が近いので）うるさいため、耳栓は必須。

The location of the hotel is very convenient. In a few metro stops you are in Manhattan. The price was also reasonable compared to outrageously expensive hotels in Manhattan. Yes, the breakfast is absolutely terrible. I had read several bad reviews on the breakfast but only upon arrival I understood. There is nothing fresh. Only packaged muffins, cereals boxes, and packaged fruit (in syrup)… the yogurt is not real yogurt but something very chemical with no taste of yogurt, of the kind that does not need to be refrigerated. There is not even bread… On the first day, when I asked for an egg, the staff looked shocked. When I read all the negative reviews on this matter, every time there was also a reply from the management saying that they would take it into account to improve the service. But in the end I concluded it is just a deliberate money saving strategy. It is a pity though. As a very little investment (some bread, jam, boiled eggs, fresh fruit) could make a big difference.

Only had hot water the first night, and after that, only cold water. They don't really offer breakfast, don't go based on that. If you are new in New York, don't expect the staff to guide you or help you, they are simply rude. Also, no REFRIGERATOR. If you hope to bring some water and keep it cold, you'll be out of luck.

The hotel is not in the best neighborhood although I felt safe inside. Walking around at night is not recommended. Right next door is a homeless shelter. Police department is nearby. Also near is a main thoroughfare with a lot of different stores and businesses. Late night kiosk 2 blocks away. The front desk staff are very, very nice and helpful. Late night check in was no problem. Luggage storage is at the desk so it's all visible. The desk is essentially always manned. My things were handled well and were safe. There's a couch and a chair in the lobby. Tea, hot chocolate, and water are freely available downstairs. This area is quite large with a lot of seating. The space was great for me when I needed to do a little bit of work after I checked out. There's hardly anyone there except for housekeeping staff, who put bags of laundry to just sit out there. Amenities were scant (Paul Mitchell), but when I asked for things, they were readily available. I went to ask the housekeeper next door for something not in my room and she immediately left to get it for me. Unfortunately, she also came right in just after she knocked. Most rooms don't have a fridge, mine did with a very small freezer. There were lots of decent quality towels, but no towel rack. The shower was nice with a glass door, good water pressure and a sort of rainfall shower. There were no adjustments on the shower head but it was movable. The latest check out is at noon with an automatic charge at 12:30 PM.

Property very deceiving from outside looks welcoming. No hot water to shower. Breakfast included in room price not worth it. Black coffee, no creamer or milk. Dry box of cereal with no milk for cereal. All people at Hotel were very let down with this service. I will never come back or recommend this place. Rosa Ortiz 7185032059

For NYC this was pretty good. Shower takes a long time to heat up but does eventually get there. The bed and main room was clean but the bathroom had a few issues - there was a Kleenex box with what looked like dirty tissue stuffed in it, and the vent was partially falling out of the ceiling. The hotel was quiet, the staff were polite. We did not try the breakfast. We had to check out early at 5am and there was no one at the desk - ultimately I just had to leave the keys there because no one came even though the front door was open (so anyone could just walk in).

Was moved to 3 different rooms due to mosquito infestation. The room I ended up getting had mold and living moving bugs around the toilet. I have stayed here a few times this year and never had a cleanliness issue, but this night was atrocious. Not sure if I will ever stay here again.

The hotel was clean, It took over 5 minutes for shower water to get hot. Area around hotel was dirty & noisy. There is no place to purchase snacks or drinks.

Great new building, clean premises, friendly staff, convenient lobby and basement 24-7 open lounge, the best location in New York city, 2 blocks from the N and W train.
