ここでの滞在は本当に良い経験でした。

飲食店やその他の便利な場所から近い

清潔感あふれる居心地の良い空間

3階のハウスメイドさんはとても効率的で、私が2025年4月29日から2025年5月2日まで滞在していた間、バスルームと部屋のエリアをとてもきれいに掃除してくれました。

ホテルのスタッフはフレンドリーで親切、部屋とトイレは清潔で良い香りがします。ホテルの前にはセブンイレブンがあり、ホテルの周囲にはたくさんの屋台があります。次回またシンガポールに行くときは、必ずまたここに泊まります。

戦略的な位置にあり、あまり騒がしくない

場所は非常に戦略的で、セベルやハラールの食事場所の近く、MRT駅行きのバス停の近くです。空港からそれほど遠くありません。部屋はスタンダードルームですが、設備は十分で清潔です。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、色々な情報を教えてくれます。

オーチャードやマリーナなどの主要なエリア以外の場所に泊まるのは初めてですが、素晴らしいことに、このエリアは歴史的にクールなエリアで、レストランやフードコートがたくさんあり、静かです。さらに重要なのは、ホテルがイビス バジェットとして期待していた以上のものであることです。チェックインの手続きは簡単で、ロビーは涼しくて静かで美しく、インスタ映えする椅子があり、部屋は窓がなくても清潔で快適で、シャワーの水は強くて快適でした。週末なので値段が少し高いかもしれません。シンガポールの新しい体験を見つけに来てください

市内中心部からは少し離れていますが、ジョー チャットはユニークな地区です。ホテルはとても清潔で、部屋は市内中心部の同じセグメントよりもかなり広いです。Wi-Fi は非常に良好です (Singtel のデータよりも優れています 😂)

The property nice and clean but you hear all the other guest walking and pressing the elevator ding dind ding all night long.

Nice neigbourhoods.

It 's worth the price in my opinion. The room size has enough space to open 1 large luggage and 1 cabin-sized luggage. The bathroom also has separate shower room, which is nice. Oh and I love the water pressure, it was very great! The AC is also cold. The minus are only that the bed is very firm and I can hear noises from the hallway, but it didn't disturb me when I was sleeping since everybody 's also sleeping lol, you only need to use earplugs. I also don't have problem with the pillow. Meanwhile, you can stroll around Joo Chiat road which has a lot of cafes and restaurants around. The biggest issue is that the hotel is quite a walking distance from the bus stop (that has a lot of buses number). The bus stop nearby the hotel only has bus number 33.

Lokasi mudah dijangkau dengan bus. Dekat hawker dan banyak restoran di sekitar hotel. Kamar bersih dan cukup luas.

Hotel murah tapi nyaman untuk menginap.

They are very accommodating and the location is near to bus station and good foods.

The room is clean and access from hotel to crowded area just taking bus in front of hotel. Thanks.
