I tried to send this mail to Hotels.com: Our cruise with MSC March 14 2020 was cancelled the day before. After the cruise we had planned to go to St. Lucia by a ferry the 28 March. This traffic stopped on March 17 2020 so it was not possible to go to Guadeloupe or Castries. The restrictions on Martinique made it impossible to stay longer. We were in a very difficult situation and we had nowhere to stay. Hotel S t John must have been closed. Hotels.com must have known that. Our hotel in F de F closed on Saturday 21 2020 so we went back to Sweden at the last minute. Unfortunately Hotels.com demanded payment in advance. I want to get back the money I had paid.

Located in a rundown area. Noisy inside the building from 4am in the morning. Leaking shower base causing water ponding in the bathroom floor.

Ok, hotel to stay at for a couple of nights.

Clim qui claquetete, etat du matelas trop souple, grille sur la terrasse. Tox aux abords de l entree de l hotel. Le prix n est pas mérité. Le petit dej correct.

J’avais réservé une chambre avec vue sur mer, mais ce n’était pas le cas lors de mon séjour... Personnel accueillant.

Il mio soggiorno al Saint John Perse è stato molto breve sono arrivata la sera e ripartita al mattino, Hotel perfetto se si deve imbarcare al terminal MSC Crociere che dista nemmeno 5 min a piedi, per il resto colazione piacevole, staff competente e disponibile, camera discretamente pulita, complessivamente voto 3 su 5 ;) Spero di essere stata utile G.

Très bon accueil et un restaurant (très bien) au 1er étage. Idéal pour un voyage d'affaire.

Clim hyper bruyante, salle de bain : pommeau de douche HS , porte de salle de prête à tomber , pas de télè-commande. En clair hôtel très très tres très vétuste.

Great seaport view and perfect location to visit the city. Room relatively spacious, fairly clean considering that it is an old building. Access to the gallery is shared (my chair was taken by others at some point). My corner unit was receiving noise and fume from street cars and trucks (sometimes there was a strong CO2 smell in the bathroom). Breakfast was included, and the buffet was good but not extravagant.

Our stay was overall good with no complaints. This is a budget hotel that is a little dated. That being said, the service is wonderful. The very nice breakfast with coffee of your choice, croissants, fresh juice, cold cuts etc. was a delight and a convenience to get us going early in the mornings. It is a great location for walking to the ferry or cruise terminal.

One of few hotels in downtown P-a-P, so not much choice if one wants/needs to be in that area. Room was clean, a bit worn and tiny, with even tinier bath. BUT within walking distance of Memorial ACTe (Museum on Caribbean slave trade) that is a must-see for anyone interested in history. Fantastic modern building on waterfront with terrific galleries. Audio guides in multiple languages.

Hôtel de transition pour prendre le bateau. Un peu loin car avec des valises il vaut mieux prendre un taxi. Pour une nuit c’est acceptable. En revanche très bel accueil et un Mr Stan super sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est bien, il y a du pain frais et viennoiseries.

Sijainti keskeinen. Huoneessa puutteita: 1) Päiväpeitto liian leveä. Meni molemmilta puolilta lattialle, jolloin siihen kompastui. 2) WCn ovi ei mennyt kiinni, ja huoneeseen päin oleva seinä oli lasia (vaikkakin samennettua).

Lage Lage Lage Hotel liegt halt direkt am Hafen Charmant, aber beste Zeiten längst vorbei.... Charmanter Empfang und saubere Zimmer... Spricht man Französisch funktioniert eh alles besser Einziger Kritikpunkt, das Hotel hatte den gebuchten Pick-up am Flughafen verpennt.... Der charmante Portier hat sich dafür entschuldigt....Konnte nichts dafür…

la personne qui etait a la reception n'etais pas dispose a aide,il est tres mal eduque,il n'est pas dutt gentil.pour l'acceuil je donne zero.

Hôtel très bien situé, personnel sympathique.
