They wanted to charge for the beach towel, that is terrible

Chambre banale et salle de bain vraiment vieillotte Télé minuscule Bon petit déjeuner par contre 38€ pour le repas du soir !!!!! Cher pour la qualité Cantine Heureusement que le rhum est compris !!!! Des petits restau à côté proposent pour le même prix de la cuisine de qualité Personnel au restaurant agréable mais à l acceuil le mr est incapable de sortir une facture de la somme payée …. J ai réglé à l hôtel que la taxe de séjour et j avais besoin d une facture qu avec ce montant !!! 10 minutes d attente et il a pas su faire !!!!!

Bel hôtel avec piscines et restaurant ouvert, chambre spacieuse, confortable et propre car ménage fait tous les jours. Personnel très agréable et sympathique.

Chambres très inégales : du très bien à du médiocre, bien se renseigner (tarif complémentaire de 315 euros pour obtenir une chambre très bien)

Nice and clean property but a bit worn. Needs some upgrades. soaps and shampoos would be appreciated. Also changing beach towels more than once a week would be nice Easy access to the beach and the staff is very pleasant

pro: gigantisch schöner Ausblick, super Pool, super staff contra: man braucht ein Auto, zu den Tagen vom 24.12. bis 6.1 aber kaum auf der Insel verfügbar, weit entfernt von der Stadt, nicht fußläufig erreichbar, Taxi von der Unterkunft aus 30 USD, nicht jeden Tag Frühstück, kein Mittagessen, kein Dinner, Restaurants im Umkreis Reservation zehn Tage vorher erforderlich um diese Tage, ab 30 USD, nachts oft Lautstärke von Restaurant oberhalb, Hahn weckt um 5, das ist Natur!

The “superior” room was not as advertised, and didn't even contain the basics you would expect to find in any room such as a kettle. The windows are made of shutters, but no glass (!) and therefore absolutely no barrier against noise from outside. Worse yet, it rained heavily one night and I was awakened by the raindrops on my face. The lunch/dinner buffet consisted of a handful of food trays. If you don't eat meat (vegetarian/vegan), there is nothing for you besides salad - certainly not worth the meal price. Buying your own groceries isn't really an option without even a kettle in the room - one can only eat so many baguettes without a meal during a week-long stay. I can't justify giving this resort a good rating considering what it costed versus the experience. Not value for money.
