夜中にクーラーが壊れて暑くて寝られなかった

Hôtel très bien situé face à la mer. Magnifique jardin, très bien entretenu. Agréable piscine. Logement très propre avec un ménage réalisé tous les jours. La restauration est super, les plats sont excellents et variés, merci à Patrick et à toute son équipe de la restauration. Le transfert aéroport hôtel proposé par le service conciergerie est à améliorer.

Nous sommes des habitués de cet hôtel. Nous apprécions beaucoup. Du petit déjeuner et dîner tout est excellent. Nous reviendrons.

We loved our stay!! The beach and pool were very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially with my lack of French-speaking skills. The resort is absolutely charming. We had breakfast and dinner included every day. The food, service, and the view made each day incredible. Our room was cleaned daily . The location was great also. Some nights, we wished the pool was open later than 8:00 pm. Maybe a quick dip after supper would have been nice. My only real complaint is that there was a lot of smoking in public areas. We would definitely love to come back someday!

The place was really cute. The staff very helpful, my husband wanted to watch the Stanley Cup and they found it and put it on in the lobby for him. I will warn you that they do have a noise that plays at to help reduce bugs. If you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. The food buffet was also great! It was within walking distance to restaurants, the ferry and shopping!

Ideally located I. The heart of 3 ilets, this hotel offers delicious breakfast and dinner buffets. The rooms are clean, the staff is helpful, the resort is beautiful with all those trees and flowers. Swimming pool and beach are very well maintained. My only negative point (if I had to mention it) would be the lack of a coffee maker in the room. That’s a non problem in the sense that there is coffee offered at breakfast. But I found it to be missing early morning before the buffet opens.

Un accueil chaleureux avec tout le personnel , les bungalows sont bien situés, grands ,très propres , proximité de la plage et piscine , la restauration avec un très grand choix de plats ,ainsi que le petit déjeuner ,.les animations musicales au top , la gentillesse du personnel au bar ,au restaurant, ménage. Hotel proche de commerces, l ambacardere pour fort de france, la beauté de l hotel

Excellent petit déjeuner avec un grand choix. Personnel au top avec un très bon contact. Chambre spacieuse. Ménage fait régulièrement. Dîners excellents avec animation tous les soirs. Petits bungalows situés dans un jardin d'Eden.

Buffet déjeuner plus que complet et délicieux, beaucoup de délicieux choix. Machines à café Lavazza/Nescafé. Très propre, beaucoup de verdure, magnifiquement situé. Plage parfaite, vue magnifique.

Mycket välbeläget vid stranden. Trevliga bungalows med utmärkt badrum. Bra frukost. Enda problemet var fåglarna.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel où je suis resté plus d'une semaine. J'avais opté pour la formule demi-pension (petit-déjeuner et dîner) et je ne le regrette absolument pas : la restauration était excellente, avec des plats variés et de qualité matin et soir. L'hébergement est d'une propreté irréprochable. Un grand merci à l'ensemble du personnel qui s'est montré très accueillant et particulièrement serviable tout au long de mon séjour. Je recommande cet établissement sans hésitation !

Endroit très agréable dans une végétation luxuriante !! Personnel très gentil ! Hotel.com ne propose que la demi-pension donc soyez vigilants si vous ne la souhaitez pas.

Très bel hôtel, le jardin est magnifique mais Les bungalows sont un peu vieillots, par contre, la restauration est déplorable, vous mangez du riz à toutes les sauces et ce n est pas assez varié, et en plus ne demandez rien car c est un refus catégorique !!! Vous êtes dirigés comme des enfants , n essayez pas de passer par un raccourcis car vous allez vous faire éjecter ! En conclusion, j’ai adoré le jardin et les colibris mais j’ai détesté le restaurant , a refaire je réserverais uniquement le logement. l’hôtel est très bien situé.

There was no wifi for the whole duration of our stay (1 week) and we kept being told that there was a problem with the Internet which was going to be sorted but it never was. I'd rather be told that there is no wifi provided at the property so that I can plan accordingly. Staff at the beach we found to be on the rude side. The property itself is lovely and clean and the beach is really nice.

Nous étions dans un bungalow très propre, très bien entretenu. Les buffets du petit déjeuner et du dîner sont très variés.

Pas de vue sur la plage, mais les petits bungalows sont dans des allés très bien entretenu avec beaucoup de végétation et de couleurs. La plage, la piscine et le restaurant sont à moins de 5 minutes de marche.
