良いホテルです。5 つ星というほどではありませんが、以前はその評価だったのかもしれません。ロビーや部屋に入っても「居心地の良いホテル」の匂いはしません。しかし、部屋とバスルームは広々としているので、提示された料金に見合う価値があります。お湯はあまり出ず、お湯の温度が十分ではありません。また、部屋に全身鏡があればいいのにと思います。

ホテルの部屋は広く、バスタブ、大型冷蔵庫、キングサイズのベッド、豪華な内装です。レストランは大きくはありませんが、コーヒーマシンとナシレマが定番メニューとして用意されています。正直なところ、初めてこのホテルのエレベーターに乗ったときは不安でした。ロビー、レストラン、または他の出口のドアに行くためのエレベーターが違っていたからです。

ここで 2 部屋をレンタルします。1 部屋は大人 2 名用、1 部屋は大人 3 名用です。部屋も場所もサービスもすべてがとても良く、部屋は豪華で広く、清潔で、エアコンは寒いです。ただし、残念ながら大人 3 名用の部屋のベッドタイプはキングサイズベッド 1 台です。大人 3 名用のトリプルルームはシングルベッド 3 台 / クイーンサイズベッド 1 台 + シングルベッド 1 台だと思っていたためです。大柄な男性が3人宿泊していたので、ベッドのタイプの関係であまり快適ではありませんでした。それが唯一の欠点です。ありがとう。

短所: プールサイドにタオルがありません。タオルはロビーまで取りに行く必要があります。駐車場は無料ではありません。Wi-Fi は安定しておらず、非常に遅いです。長所: 部屋は広く、バスルームは素晴らしいです。

長いチェックイン処理。受付は空いており、担当者は一人のみ。そのため、ゲストが多い場合は待ち時間が長くなってしまいます。

The room is nice and spacious. I requested an early check-in through the app during booking, which was not replied to at all until I arrived. When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that check-in time is 3 p.m., and any early check-in would incur an additional charge. I paid an additional 70% of the room price I purchased in the app. The least they could have done was inform me earlier so I could choose the option of whether to stay in this hotel.

少し古いですが、バスタブ付きの広い部屋と手頃な料金でとても良いホテルです。

ホテルは手入れが行き届いておらず、部屋は悪臭を放っています。水は黄色できれいではなく、バスルームのタオルは黒かった。このホテルはなんてひどいんだ。

Good service. Air conditioner was not cold when we checked in but later after we complained to front desk they sent a technician straight away.

整体都还好，房间很大，也算蛮干净，可是冷气不冷不冷不冷！到了晚上好热🥵甚至睡觉睡到热醒了……已经开了16°……

Overall. Good, but in terms of cleanliness have to improved. I found hair under my bedsheet.

I didn't do proper research and didn't expect what I saw considering the photos on the Internet and reviews, which did not reflect what I saw. The hotel is not maintained, things are broken (window doesn't shut properly, taps are broken, furniture cracked, carpets untidy). The smell was not pleasant. Breakfast is average. I avoided staying in the room much. Although the price was reasonable, if I knew all the above, I'd rather pay more and stay in a different place. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Disappointed with room. So gloomy. The pillow smelly. Like very old pillow. And itchy. When I sleep on. Towel also. Very old. And brownish. Bed has worn off. Very flat. My 1st experience. With this kind of bed. Disappointed. Even I stay cheaper. Hotel. Still the bed and pillow. Nice to sleep. And smell fresh. Honestly speaking. Actually I want to check out. On the next day. To find. Others htl. But hubby said. Its OK. Just bare with it. 1 day more to go. I disappointed. Cause. Its my hubby birthday and. Our wedding anniversary.

Hotel yang nyaman, kamar luas, cuaca sejuk, tidak berisik. Puas staycation bersama keluarga.

Parking fee too pricey, 1 night at 39myr, but hotel is nice, and breakfast is okay.
