チェックイン時は温かいおもてなしを受け、手続きもスムーズでした。お部屋に大変満足し、海の見える部屋を用意してもらいました。部屋からの眺めは最高でした。素晴らしい景色を眺めながら、お部屋でランチを楽しみました。朝食も付いていて便利でした。食事は美味しく、日替わりメニューも用意されていました。クアタウンに滞在するのは今回が初めてですが、島内を移動するのにとても便利で、美味しい食事も楽しめるので、次回ランカウイを訪れる際は必ずこのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。素晴らしいサービスを提供してくれたホテルのスタッフの皆様に感謝いたします。ぜひ今後も素晴らしいサービスを続けていただきたいです。最後に、朝食時に美味しいコーヒーも提供していただき、大変ありがたかったです。

There is dirty stain mark, hidden behind the toilet seat. The breakfast food need improving in the quality aspect of it. The receptionists are friendly and helpful.

No smile and no greeting at all. I requested for higher floor sea view and was assigned Room 913 which the door can't be opened. Went down to the counter and was given key card Room 917 which I don't like at all because it was a Roof and mountain view. Moreover the safety lock (chain) was broken. Changed again to the middle room at level 7 with no view right infront of the elevator. The customer service is very bad.

Easy to find foods since the hotel is in Kuah Town. Many amenities available in the room like iron so I don't need to bring iron to iron our clothes. It was really a good experience and will come again with family and recommend to friends.

The hotel is perfect for those who want to indulge in tax-free shopping since it is located near to tax-free shopping complex and malls. The location is convenient. The room was clean and everything in the room functions well. If you are travelling from other countries than Malaysia, you don't have to worry about bringing your international plugs converter since the plugs in the room are well equipped to accommodate international plugs and the usb points make your smart phone charging possible without the plug. I requested for a high floor room and yes I got what I want. The view from my balcony was mesmerizing and breathtaking as I was able to see the sea view. I believe the hotel will be better if they provide more TV channels to be enjoyed by the guests and various food to choose for breakfast. Overall, the hotel matches my humble expectations.

Spacious room, clean bathroom, overall perfect place to stay as it is near to jetty and so on. Everything is good except the aircond is not cooling enough. Hence the breakfast was also yummy and delicious.

Keadaan bilik sangat memuaskan. Buffet breakfast juga pelbagai. Amat berpatutan dengan harga.

Apparently our room had some problems such as leaking jet water. The bathroom sinked. And tv not clear. We made the complaints to the guest services and they fix within the time without no delay. Room is ok. But we can see a little bit of dust. Breakfast was ok. Lack of choices. If you want to request additional towel they will charge rm5. If you want to eat half-boiled eggs they will charge rm2 @ 2.50 can't remember. We requested to makeup the room and the house keeping did very well. Location is strategic. Overall 4/5.

The staff is very good but the hotel is old and need refurbishment. The toiletries are also not as expected & balcony room unable to lock & leaking AirCond but was rectified after complain. The breakfast is good. The coffee maker not working & shower is spoil. May not come back again as the price is not cheap for 3 star hotel. May be able to get better place for this price.

The hotel lobby looks nice and all and the breakfast was decent, but the rooms are worn down with wood chipping on the doors and the room just feels old. The area is horrible if you're looking to be close to tourist services and foods to find easily. Rather stay in the Paintai Cenang area which has an awesome beach, shops and restaurants close by.
