素晴らしいロケーションと素晴らしいスタッフ。点心とビュッフェ式朝食は最高です。ここに泊まることを強くお勧めします。

Terbaik harga berpatutan. Parking kereta pun selamat.

My stay was really bad cause a few days I didn't have water at all in the morning. In one day I had even brown water. Breakfast was very poor, no choice. This hotel is very old, they don't maintain the condition og the hotel. Only one was good is service.

Bilik yang luas. Dan bersih. Layanan Hotel ini terbaik.

Bilik ok. Kebersihan tndas mgkn boleh perbaiki lagi sikit. Kebersihan bilik ok. Pilihan terbaik untuk mnginap di kawasan bandar sndakan. Sarapan ok dan sedap. Cuma mesin buat kopi xdpt guna kerana rosak.

Staf mesrah, makanan sedapa, dekat dengan mal. Senang shopping.

There was no parking area provided by the hotel. However, we had a pleasant stay.

Nice hotel, and bilik dh renovate

Penginapan menarik, bilik yang bersih dan kemas. Bilik semakin baik kali ini berbanding sebelum ini. Makanan sangat sedap dan berbaloi untuk menginap di hotel ini.

Okey, near in city centre. Senang nak jalan-jalan cari makan.

Bilik yang cantik dan selesa, sangat berbaloi, bersih, memang jarang jumpa hotel yang offer family room macam ni dengan harga yang sangat murah, servis parking pun terbaik, pasti akan menginap kembali, tq sandakan hotel.

Location of this hotel is at the center of the city center, it's also located next to the starting point of the Sandakan heritage trail. Room size is acceptable, the shower room is small and right even for a small person like me but it is segregated to prevent everything from getting wet. Water pressure is impeccable and strong WIFI speed can be improved, it's slower than a lot of hotels in Sandakan and they seriously need to add more power plug into each room because my room only had 1 power plug in the whole room. Overall a good 3D2N stay

Perkhidmatan hotel yang baik. Cuma perlu tingkatkan kemudahan wifi. Lain-lain kemudahan semuanya ok. Saliran air dalam bilik mandi bilik 208 boleh ditingkatkan kerana pengaliran yang kurang baik.

Good insight and behavior in environmental sustainability which is good. The hotel is old but still considered well organized. Breakfast is good.

Semuanya ok, cuma tandas sahaja yang tidak ok, tandas di bilik yang kami stay tidak ada paip, kami terpaksa guna baldi dan gayung yang disediakan oleh pihak hotel 😅
