大変静かな環境で、付近にスーパーマーケットやレストランが多数あり。部屋も新しく綺麗で、朝食もバラエティに飛んでいる。個人的にはもう少しフルーツが欲しかった。

We stayed at this Holiday Inn for two nights with our daughter and her friend. Location was convenient and in a safe, quiet area. Room and building were clean, but the ice machine on our floor didn't work. The kids were also disappointed that there weren't cinnamon rolls for breakfast despite there being a display for them. Overall, I'd stay here again, good value and experience.

Great stay - clean and felt new!

Room was clean, staff was very friendly, breakfast was as expected but of good quality with plenty of food. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and overall was a very nice experience and stay. Only negative, and this has nothing to do with the hotel itself or staff, is that they have a very nice outdoor seating area with a fire pit. Obviously lots of people enjoyed staying outside in the evening and talking and laughing and such. Our room was on the fourth floor directly above this area and unfortunately we could hear them being loud and laughing well into the night. Again, not the hotel‘s fault, just was simply the only downside that we had.

Very Clean, quiet, good hospitality

Our stay was wonderful! Had a bad experience at a previous hotel and really wish we had stayed here for our entire trip. Oliver was the best!

Comfortable beds, super clean and new room and bathroom. Pool area was a little too hot but we also stayed on a 90 degree day. Also Loved their outside patio area. Staff were very nice. Conveniently close to the airport. Highly recommend.

Easy, fast check in and clean. Don’t have any complaints.

Checkout at 5 am … the employee was upset to be pulled from the back to interact. Also refused to make change to tip the hotel shuttle driver

Friendly staff, nice property, spacious rooms and comfortable beds.

We couldn’t find staff when we checked in But was able to find to track them down outside sitting on the benches with other guest who were smoking, drinking and playing loud music

We enjoyed our visit in Grand Rapids.

Very convenient and nice and quite

It was very clean, spscious and comfortable. The key card going into the slot to turn on the lights was new to us both. Interesting energy saving idea!

hotel was clean and updated. when checking in staff did not explain about the $50 returnable fee, which is common but feel like staff needs to explain it and not assume guests know.
