良かった点 部屋が広くてキレイ 朝ごはんあり 悪かった点 アメニティ少ない (歯磨きがない)

清潔感はあるが、朝食が少な過ぎる

The room was clean and the staff was polite.

部屋は清潔でした。シャワーの出が弱かった。 また朝食もパンケーキなどあり、部屋へ持って帰って食べれたのがよかった

チェックインに時間がかかりすぎ

The room was very clean and spacious! Easr parking. Good price. Breakfast was not much more than bananas but okay.

7-8分歩くとスーパーがあって便利です。昼間なら治安は問題なかったです。

Very convenient location for a decent price. Staffs were kind and helpful. No noticeable flaw for this price really.

Too far to walk to the beach. Other than that, very reasonable price, room was clean, especially free breakfast was good enough. One morning, we went there around 900am and almost all of the breakfast was gone! Should be there ealires.

We love our comfortable stay, it’s a good option if you visit santa monica for the first time.

When you first check in it isn't that bad. The rooms are kinda small once you enter. Hallways are very dingy. It's suppose to be non smoking but it smells like pot and smoke even in the room. Once the tv is of you can hear everything next door and top room from neighbors. The morning of our first stay there fire alarm went off because one of there soda machine shorted and it was smoking. We were able to cancel our second night thankfully. Breakfast was also sad, cereal, milk, hard boiled eggs. pancakes were alright. It seems like people live there on the regular. So just be aware of that. We moved to the Marriott down the street a little bit more pricy but worth it.

The rooms were very clean, staff was accommodating for some issues we had our first night with guests above us. The blinds they have don't block the light well so that was not enjoyable. Overall for what we needed it was a fine hotel.

The cleanliness was exceptional! That’s very important to me!
