子どもとチェックインした時、受付の人が不在でとても長い間待たされました。病院から帰ってきたばかりでとても疲れていたにもかかわらず、何度も電話をかけなければなりませんでした。そして、料金はかなり高額だったにもかかわらず、シャワー付きの部屋に案内されましたが、水は出ませんでした。

エアコンがあまり冷えず、暑いです。石鹸やシャンプーが足りず小さいです。

部屋のサイズが小さい。ベッドサイドテーブルは古い木の匂いがする。部屋の清潔さが保たれていない

Untuk fasilitas room semua bagus, bersih. Cuma tidak ada lemari/hanger baju. Dan kurang kedap (suara dri luar pun tembus sangat ke dalam).

Stayed one night here. Overall OK experience. The room was small but clean and tidy. The hotel was in a shopping complex close to Sunway Lagoon and Sunway Pyramid mall. There's plenty of restaurants around the hotel + the 24-hour KFC just within 2 minutes walking. Note for overseas travelers: upon check in, they charge MYR10/night tourism tax + refundable MYR50 deposit. Better to pay these in cash because in my experience they refunded the deposit in cash, and they charged MYR2 if you paid using a card (so you'd only get MYR48 back).

Clean room, affordable price, location strategies.

Suitable for short stay, clean, tidy room. Value for price. But if you are claustrophobic maybe not really suitable. Something to improve should be aeration.

Near Sunway Pyramid and Sunway Lagoon. Clean and comfortable will back again.

First night was alright but the 2nd night they changed us to another room and it was horrible because the occupants of the other rooms in the same floor was making a ruckus throughout the night even though we have complained about it.

The receptionist was friendly and room was clean but wifi was a bit slow anyway overall I had a good stay at this hotel. 👌🏽☺.

Best place to stay when in Sunway!

Clean and tidy room, great location.

Last month I stayed at this hotel and the WiFi was problematic, I thought maybe there was network disruption. But apparently this month the WiFi network is still ugly (often broken), please fix it! And make a suggestion if you can replace the pillow with a more comfortable one, too thick causing neck pain when you wake up in the morning. The rest is ok, the staff are friendly enough & the cleanliness of the rooms is also ok for a budget hotel.

The best budget hotel. Walking distance to sunway lagoon and s.pramid, will come again.

very new and clean. it's quiet too (except other guests' yelling near the corridor. has a mini refrigerator. will stay here if visiting subang in the future. very near to sunway pyramid and mrt station. request for hairdryer at the front desk if needed.
